적당히 묵고 잘만해요 ~

첫날 3충애 있다 4층으로 옮겼는데 카페트 스팀청소한 바로 다음 들어가 아주 깨끗했어요 주변에 각종 수퍼나 약국, 우체국, 은행이 있어 일을 보기 편했습니다 다만 5일 묶는 동안 아침식사를 매일 같은 메뉴(계란 터키 소세지)로만 제공해 좀 아쉬웠지만 covid19 상황이니 이해합니다 체크인할 때 사이드 말고 창이 뒤로 나있는 방을 부탁하세요 그럼 조용하게 잘 잘 수 있을 거예요

3박동안 불편함 없이 잘 지내다 왔습니다 밤에 공항서 들려오는 비행기 소음과 층간 소음이 좀 있으나 고된 현지 탐방후에 쏟아지는 졸음을 방해 할 정도는 아닙니다 ㅋ 화려한 조식은 아니지만 아침을 든든히 먹고 하루를 시작하기에는 충분했다고 생각합니다 샌프란시스코 다운타운에 일주일이상 묵는 계획이 아니라면 이틀정도 파웰스트리트역까지 25분정도 바트를 타고 움직이는 것도 나쁘지 않네요 저는 갠적으로 이틀동안 밀브레역까지 왕복 잼났어요 역에서 친절한분도 만나고 주변 가까이 중식 베트남 일식 한식 식당이 널비~~~참고로 한식당 주인 까칠 동포라구 환대 기대는 금물;;반가운 맘에 베트나미 식당갈려다 한식당갔는데 쩝;;; 데스크 Anna있을때 궁금한거 물어보세요 이쁘고 친절한 에너지 충만한 아가씨예요 호텔에 대한 이미지를 업시켜주는 전직 바리바게트 점장 출신이라서 안녕하세요는 잘 말하더라구요 ㅋ 전반적으로 가성비 좋은 호털이라 생각되서 공항근처 호텔 원하시면 적극 추천이요 공항까지 무로셔틀도 운행해요~^^

Staff was super nice and helpful

Staff members were really nice and welcoming.

Convenient, excellent stay. Walking distance to the Milbrae BART/CalTrain station makes it ideal. The morning breakfast which begins at 6 am has a variety of food and choices.

Hotel is very run down, room floor felt damp. Pool is under construction. Overall just not a very nice property. Room was clean but smelled mildewy.

Some of the staff should be trained on customer service and making people feel welcome at the hotel. The window blinds of our rooms window wasn't working and we had a difficult time getting sleep in the morning due to this. When I told them about this the manage on shift on the morning of 8/31 told me that we are aware about it will work on it. When I asked if I can expect it to be fixed today, she said "well yes, thats what this is for" pointing to the piece of paper that had written all the rooms that needed service. Is this the kind of communication we should expect? Overall, its a decent hotel, customer service is not at the standard I'd expect a Mariotte hotel, but other than that its a pretty decent hotel for a budget stay.

Wifi was poor. Coffee maker broke down For the rest it is a very nice hotel near the airport

The only reason we selected this hotel was the statement on your website that they had airport shuttle service, which was false. We spent spent 24 dollars on a cab to the airport, for which I think we should be reimbursed.

Don’t desk was very helpful.

Great location right across the street from our favorite restaurant and there is a cross walk. The hotel advertises 24 hour coffee, at 6am it is cold coffee from breakfast the day before. There are coffee pods in the room but I presumed fresh coffee in the lobby and that is not true.

Amazing

I would stay here again I love it. And must I say they have the most comfortable beds I’ve been in.

Two TV’s in the room, neither worked. Couple that with an added $8 fee and it’s unlikely I will stay there again.

Super convenient hotel. Lots of restaurants within walking area. Only 7 min ride to airport.
