다 좋은데 침구, 특히 필로우에서 땀에 찌든 쉰내가 나서 너무 힘들었음.

시설은 깨끗했고 굉장히 친절했어요

카탈루냐 광장에서 멀지 않은 곳에 위치하여 공항버스를 타고 이동하기에 편리합니다. 또한 람블라스 거리와 버스정류장, 지하철역이 가까워 관광지에 가기도 좋고 보도로 10분 거리에 카사바트요도 있습니다. 숙소도 넓고 깨끗하게 잘 관리되고 있으며 조용하게 잘 쉴 수 있는 곳이었습니다.

Cons: it seems bit old. noises(the elevators, noises from outside and the rooms both side, it is not super noisy but not quite as well). the shampoo and the body soap are not convenient to use(they are not came out well from the bottle.). employees are not that good at Eng. the elevators are small. dont even have any free drinks(no welcoming, at least no one bottle of water). Pros: its located very close from the subway, and pláca de cataluña. its located safe. the room is quite clean and safe. the price is affordable. Conclusion: its not bad to stay for 1-3days. and definitely not a four star hotel(at leat this branches).

바르셀로나에서 카탈루냐 광장 및 가우디 건축물과 인접하다고 판단해 숙박하였으나 생각보다는 거리가 있었다. 그러나 쇼핑의 중심지대로 어디나 도보로 다닐 수 있었고 (전부 실제 도보 15분 이내) 바로 맞은편에도 맛있는 음식점이 있어 크게 불편하지는 않았다 심지어 대로변이 아니라 크게 소음이 발생하지도 않았고 쾌적하게 숙박하였다. 조식도 다양하였고 보안에 신경을 쓰는 것이 느껴졌다.

창문을 열었을때 니스 바다가 보이는 점이 가장 매력적이었습니다. 아침에 파도 소리도 인상적이었으며 호텔의 청결도나 서비스 상태는 좋으며 니스호텔로 추천합니다.

처음 온 바로셀로나 여행에 첫인상으로는 정말 별로였던 3박이었어요. 늦은 밤에 도착해서 그런지 데스크에서의 인상도 좋지 않았고 무거운 짐을 들고 계단을 올라감에도 누구하나 도와주는 직원이 없었다는 것은 4성급호텔 서비스라고 생각하기엔 너무 어이가 없다는 생각이 들었어요. 별것 아닌것 같지만 호텔에 대한 인상을 나쁘게 남긴 큰 이유중에 하나는 complimentary water가 제공되지 않아 3박내내 고생을 했다는 점이예요. 많은 곳을 돌아보았지만 4성급 호텔에서 물 1병 주지 않는 경우는 처음이었어요. 다시는 오고 싶지 않네요.

역에서 가깝고 거리도 좋고 좋아용

신혼여행으로 묵었습니다. 위치는 까탈루냐 광장(람블라스거리)에서는 좀 떨어져있지만, 그라시아거리랑은 가까워서 브랜드제품 쇼핑 할때는 위치 상 나쁘지 않은 편입니다. 하지만, 객실 컨디션이 호텔 등급에 비해 그렇게 좋은 편은 아니예요. 왜냐하면 옆방소리가 다 들릴정도로 방음이 잘 안되어 있다는 점. (+어메니티 퀄리티가 그닥)

Cleaning, helpful staff, bad wifi

The only complaint I have about this hotel is the bathroom. It was clean, but the shower door did not prevent the water from running all over the floor when taking a shower. It is a potentially dangerous situation. The breakfast was great and the staff, particularly Alex, was very helpful in providing information on where to eat and where to shop. Will recommend this hotel as it is within walking distance to a everything.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. Laura helped us from the moment we arrived . She greeted us at the door and helped us with our luggage.She helped throughout our stay with directions and provided us with s list of recommendations of restaurants from the hotel. All were excellent. We loved the hotel decor.

Séjour de 3 nuits seule. L’hôtel est propre, la chambre aussi et comporte tous les éléments nécessaires. Le personnel a été adorable. L’hôtel se situe à deux pas du Passeig de Gràcia, et des stations de métro. Idéal pour tout faire à pied ou en transport.
