이 호텔은 쇼핑센터와 지하철이 가까워 편리하다. 침대와 화장실도 청결한 편이고 청소상태도 좋았다. 하지만 4성급이라고 하기에는 그다지 고급스럽지는 않다. 여행중 하루이틀 숙박하는데는 무리없는 수준의 호텔이나, 전망좋고 럭저리한 수준을 기대할수는 없다. 전반적으로 무난하고 여행자로서는 만족스런 호텔이다.

El hotel no está mal pero nos dieron una habitación interior sin claridad ninguna y olía mucho a tabaco.

The property was marketed as 4 stars. It is wall to wall to a mall. It is clean, quiet and basic but not luxurious in any way.

El hotel en si està muy bien, però si tu intencion es ir a visitar Madrid o de negocios al centro no es buena opcion

Hotel was chosen due to its good location with respect on MadCool Festival. Clerk at counter recognized this at the check-in and offered us an inside room which has no window to the exterior but it was super super calm which helped us to recover during the day and allowed a sufficient sleeping experience. Bedroom and bathroom were comfortably big. Interior style old-fashioned but at least focus was laid on the festival and not on hotel comfort. Once we decide to attend MadCool again we will chose this spot for sure.

El aire acondicionafo es insuficiente para el clima habitual de la zona y se encintraron dos cucarachas en el suelo dadas la vuelta

Muy buena vista del balcón, tranquilo, justo lo que ofrecen.

Para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas, las instalaciones y el servicio se quedan muy justos, lo positivo era el parking que al estar en el centro comercial es gratuito.

Segunda vez que estábamos en ése hotel. Respecto al año anterior NO tienen parking 🅿️. Hay que buscarse la vida entre todos los estacionamientos del centro comercial y viernes y sábados ya puedes tener paciencia. Tienen que avisar de éste aspecto en su web
