I am sure here is the best hotel and accommodation in Genova! I am willing to stay again. Grazie mille.

아침식사와 클리닝 서비스가 훌륭한 호텔이었습니다. 기차역 바로 앞이라 교통이 편리해서 선택했고 긴 여행 중 쉬어가기 좋은 곳이라 생각합니다.

아침 조식이 훌륭했습니다. 콘티넨탈에서 사보이아 호텔로 업그레이드 해주셨는데, 호텔은 클래식한 호텔이었고, 모든게 좋았습니다

호텔 컨티넨털 제노바로 예약했는데 한단계 높은 사보이아 호텔로 무료 업그레이드 해주셨어요. 프런트 직원은 무척이나 친절했고 차량을 직접 파킹해주셨어요. 호텔은 우아하고 안락했으며 조식도 훌륭했습니다. 이른 체크아웃으로 인해 라운지를 즐기지 못해 아쉬웠어요. 객실 창 밖으로 보이는 제노바 시가지 풍경도 너무 아름다웠어요. 다음에 다시 묵고 싶은 숙소입니다

우선 옆에 있는 Savoia호텔로 업그레이드가 되었습니다. 위치는 아쿠아리움과 시내중심가와 가까워서 편리합니다. 다만, 주차했었던 주차장에서 옆차가 차량을 긁고 간 것 같은데 보상이 될지 여부 등을 문의해볼 예정입니다.

이번 출장 중 가장 인상깊은 숙소였습니다. 숙소때문에 다시 제노아를 찾고싶을 정도로 앤티크하고 유럽 정통 호텔 느낌이었어요. 마침 크리스마스였는데 장식도 넘 이쁘고 위치도 기차역 바로 옆이어서 좋았습니다. 컨시어지가 추천한 레스토랑도 맛있었어요. ㅎ

Chambre bien entretenu. Personnel au petits soins

Really close to the train station, so it was easy to get too. I had mentioned that we were put in a handicap accessible room that was not the room we booked on-line. There was no natural light as you're basically below the roof line of the restaurant that in on site. For an HC accessible room the shower was tiny, no chance someone in a WC is getting in that shower. The room itself was big, we had plenty of room to put our things and move around with no issues. That room is also next to all the housekeeping storage so you'll hear it in the morning, every morning, and they like to store the housekeeping cart right outside the door. In fairness I did bring up the small bathroom in my check-in review and they did offer to move us, we had already unpacked from the night before so we declined to move. The spa looked amazing, we went to check it out and had a tour but decided not to use it. The roof top lounge connected to the hotel was the saving grace, it was a nice oasis that not many people used. There are also two hot tubs up there, which can be weird if you're in the hot tub and people are sitting have a drink in the afternoon. Rooms where pretty clean, if you look close you'll see where it could have been better maintained. If I were to go back to Genoa I would probably book the Hilton next door, they are sister properties so you have the same spa and roof top. Not bad, just wish we would have got the style room we booked and not the HC accessible "dungeon".

Beautiful hotel, super charming, in the most perfect location. It was impeccably clean, with lovely rooms and a wonderful roof bar. It was a wonderful stay and a great find and I would definitely return.

Enjoyable overnight transit stay. Opposite train station yet quiet and safe in a beautiful old building. Lovely refurbished spacious clean room. Great customer service. Very good breakfast. I would stay again.

Great location within a minute walk to all restaurants and shops.

浴室のシャワーと手持ちシャワーの切り替えのバルブが固くて、使い方も分からず、苦労しました。入浴中に気付いたのでどうしようもなく、手で持つシャワーは諦めて、頭の上からのシャワーを苦労して浴びて出ました。翌日直してもらいました。 古くて趣のある部屋なのですが、カーテンが閉まらず、部屋での説明が無くて、窓のシャッターの使い方が分かりませんでした。 エアコンの温度調節のスイッチが平らで真っ黒で灯りが薄暗いと見えなくて、どうすれば温度調節ができるか皆目分からず困りました。併せてスタッフに来てもらいました。 来てくれたスタッフは愛想の良い方でしたけど。イタリアなので、そんな物かと思っていたので別に腹を立てている訳ではありません。

Beautiful boutique hotel... gorgeous old elevator, nice staff, INCREDIBLE SHOWER. Maybe the best I've ever been in. Great restaurants nearby... my only warning is that walking to the port or the old city center you have to go through some real rough looking areas. First time I was ever scared in Italy. That was a bummer.

Hotel is gelegen op korte afstand van het station, had een kamer aan de straatkant op de 5e verdieping, wel wat geluidsoverlast maar niet hinderlijk. Mooie antieke lift. Kamer en met name badkamer aan de kleine kant, douche stroomt over. Voor de prijs van het ontbijt had ik wat meer keuze verwacht. Bij het inchecken stond er een bordje over een vrijwillige service charge. Nooit eerder gezien, je zou verwachten dat dit in de kamerprijs zit. Het stond overigens niet op de rekening

Great location especially if you're planning on using the Genoa Principale train station. Property shares amenities with the hotel next door and the lobby bar, lounge area and terrace are beautiful. Parking is a bit tricky but best to pay the small premium on hotel valet if you have a car. Old school elevator is great! Didn't get a chance to use the spa but would definitely stay there again if in Genoa. Best cappuccino and breakfast pannino is at the stand across from the train station and best apperitivo & snacks was at Bar delle Vigne with locals after work. Genoa was grittier than we thought but loved it especially when taking a wrong turn into their red light district. Great start to visiting the Italian & French riviera.

Prima hotel. Super service. Valet parking is geweldig. Mooie ruime kamer met prima voorzieningen. Ontbijt is prima, maar personeel moet hier wel beter in de gaten houden wat er staat en tijdig bijvullen. Hotel ligt centraal midden in centrum, alles is makkelijk aan te lopen.

Vieil hôtel rétro mis au goût du jour avec un personnel très serviable. Très belle décoration. Il faut éviter les chambres sur la rue qui sont un peu bruyantes le matin.
