아침식사와 클리닝 서비스가 훌륭한 호텔이었습니다. 기차역 바로 앞이라 교통이 편리해서 선택했고 긴 여행 중 쉬어가기 좋은 곳이라 생각합니다.

아침 조식이 훌륭했습니다. 콘티넨탈에서 사보이아 호텔로 업그레이드 해주셨는데, 호텔은 클래식한 호텔이었고, 모든게 좋았습니다

호텔 컨티넨털 제노바로 예약했는데 한단계 높은 사보이아 호텔로 무료 업그레이드 해주셨어요. 프런트 직원은 무척이나 친절했고 차량을 직접 파킹해주셨어요. 호텔은 우아하고 안락했으며 조식도 훌륭했습니다. 이른 체크아웃으로 인해 라운지를 즐기지 못해 아쉬웠어요. 객실 창 밖으로 보이는 제노바 시가지 풍경도 너무 아름다웠어요. 다음에 다시 묵고 싶은 숙소입니다

우선 옆에 있는 Savoia호텔로 업그레이드가 되었습니다. 위치는 아쿠아리움과 시내중심가와 가까워서 편리합니다. 다만, 주차했었던 주차장에서 옆차가 차량을 긁고 간 것 같은데 보상이 될지 여부 등을 문의해볼 예정입니다.

이번 출장 중 가장 인상깊은 숙소였습니다. 숙소때문에 다시 제노아를 찾고싶을 정도로 앤티크하고 유럽 정통 호텔 느낌이었어요. 마침 크리스마스였는데 장식도 넘 이쁘고 위치도 기차역 바로 옆이어서 좋았습니다. 컨시어지가 추천한 레스토랑도 맛있었어요. ㅎ

Ich erhielt ein Upgrade zum Schwesterhotel Savoi in Genua. Ich war früher ca. 12:30 Uhr dort und konnte ohne Probleme ins Zimmer. Sehr freundliches Personal beim Check-in und im abendlichen Restaurant! Sehr sauberes Zimmer mit aller Ausstattung. Super gutes und frisches Frühstück. Kostenfreies W-LAN. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Close to the Train station, beautiful spa, 2 resturants attached with amazing food. Lovely rooms.

The dinner and service in Salgari on Sept 29 was not very good. Our server was slow and not very attentive. We were very clear with our meal choice of a pesto, green bean and potato pizza but we received a salami pizza. It took 30 minutes to receive the incorrect order and another 20 minutes for the remake. There were 2 other tables of 2 and a party of 9 in at the time. The pizza when it arrived had potatoes that looked like small hash browns maybe 2 little pieces on each slice along with random pieces of green beans and it was underdone. We saw other pizzas that were better dressed, they should reconsider the amount of product used having said that we understand that it Italy pizzas are made with less toppings that are given in North America where there are too many toppings. When it came time to pay we expressed our displeasure with the quality of the pizza and he gave us a 10% discount which was unacceptable. All the while as this was happening a gentleman who appeared to be the manager was having his meal and observing the happenings in the dining room where the service for the other guests was also slow. He was giving some direction to the server and helper but made no effort to touch tables. Very disappointing meal. Our breakfast the next day in the same restaurant was very good with a great selection of offerings. Staff was very good specific kudos to the Floor Manager Sorina who was excellent speaking to all guests…she should run the dinner service here!

Excellent hotel love the decor of the entire hotel the room the bathroom the bar seating. Beautiful

El hotel está hermoso, súper limpio, muy rico desayuno y el Personal muy amable, además existe gente en la recepción las 24 horas.

We booked this hotel and received a email the day before telling us we had been upgraded to the sister hotel next door The sister hotel did not disappoint with a stunning roof terrace overlooking the city and port Highly recommend these hotels for anyone going on a cruise very handy to train station/airport and cruise terminal Contact the hotel directly and they will arrange transfers for a reasonable cost
