Hotel was nice and clean, we drank our champagne from paper (they apparently don’t have glassware), and breakfast is supposed to be 6-10, but at 9:30 very crowded, no where to sit and they ran out of food and were not making or bringing out more.

If you’re booking a standard room, save your money and stay at a Best Western or Motel 6 instead. The first room we were given was old, musty, and had visible black mould, which was completely unacceptable. After several back-and-forth conversations with the front desk, we were finally moved to a renovated room the next day — and only then did things improve. The updated room was clean, modern, and once we got the A/C working - it made a world of difference. In short: make sure you’re getting one of the renovated rooms, or you’ll be paying premium prices for a rundown experience.

I called ahead of time to reserve a bed for my child and they never got it for me. They said that they were busy and left my request last - informing me that I couldn’t gwt one because the housekeeping wasn’t working.

We were very disappointed with our stay. A large group had taken over the hotel. The parents were gathered in the conference room drinking and eating pizza while the kids ran wild through the halls, knocking on doors (including ours and then running away) screaming, and playing in the corridors late into the night. Around 11 p.m., we asked to be moved to a quieter floor but were told the group occupied every floor. The front desk said they would address the situation but nothing changed. The noise and disruptions continued well into the early hours of the morning, making it impossible to get a good night’s rest.
