벽 뷰였는데 창문을 열면 하수구 냄새로 환기를 할 수 없었고 오전엔 특히 와이파이가 분단위로 끊겼음. 그리고 아침시간 정전으로 우피치 가는날 못 씻고 다녀옴… 다른 내용은 괜찮았음.

As me, if you like Medici history and Michelangelo, the experience of staying at this hotel may be special. The building is beautiful, the rooms are very clean, and the beds are fluffy and comfortable. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is very nice. Especially the fresh orange juice you can drink every morning and the cake you make yourself is really delicious. The train station is a little far, but the tourist sites are close and it's easy to walk around, and there are many delicious restaurants in the area. My husband and I talk about our good memories of the hotel even when we have return to Korea. Next time we return to Florence, we aim to stay again.

정말 훌륭한 경험이었습니다. 역에서 거리가 멀긴 하지만 두오모가 있는 중심과 멀지 않습니다. 무엇보다 깨끗합니다. 이탈리아 여행에서 머물던 곳 중 가장 깨끗했습니다. 조식도 훌륭했고요.

피렌체의 분위기와 너무 잘 어울리는 아름다운 호텔. 직원들 모두 친절하고, 아침식사 공간을 비롯해 호텔 곳곳이 아름답습니다. 아침식사도 훌륭했어요. 레스토랑 예약 또한 호텔에 요청하니 친절하게 진행해줘서 고마웠어요. 피렌체 여행을 더욱 즐겁게 만들어준 호텔입니다. 피렌체의 기억 속에 이곳이 가장 먼저 떠오를 것 같아요!

A localização do hotel é excelente. Pagamos o estacionamento e usamos o carro para sair 1 dia e voltar tivemos que pagar acréscimo por isso. O café da manhã é o continental, nada de excepcional.

Loved our stay here. The free breakfast was wonderful, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see/visit. Our room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Amazing bathroom/shower. We were there at the end of March/early April, and it was pretty cold outside, so the air conditioner could not be turned on/used during our stay. The room did get quite hot at night, and we were unable to open the window because we were on the ground floor, and opening the one large window would have left our room fully open to the garden outside for anyone passing by to see and get in. I would think rooms on higher floors could open their windows and cool down the room well enough to make it comfortable. Overall we loved our stay and would book this hotel again.

Everything about our stay was excellent—we truly had no complaints. The hotel is on a quiet street yet just a short walk from all the main sights, which made the location ideal. The staff were outstanding. Alessandro gave us a detailed history of the hotel and the Medici family when we asked, and his knowledge and passion really stood out. The front desk team was also incredibly helpful, assisting us with printing some important documents we needed. I would recommend this location to any traveller

Hotel location in great walking distance from train station. Included breakfast was awesome every morning in the hotel garden. Anna was so helpful and attentive at breakfast. Alazne, Judith, and Marellena were so helpful at the front desk. Alessandro was an awesome bartender who served us our complimentary drinks. He even gave us a history of the Hotel, while we were the only ones at the bar. Will recommend and return.

We had a wonderful stay, loved the balcony to sit out and relax. All the staff were very helpful, calling taxis, finding lost sunglasses etc! 😊 Breakfast was excellent, definitely recommend staying here, rooms were quiet but still very walkable to everything.

This was one of the nicest places we stayed of the 5 hotels during our trip to Italy. They have a wonderful breakfast, very comfortable room, the front desk staff was extremely helpful. Would recommend if you are staying in Florence without hesitation.

A lovely stay at the Orto De Medici Hotel with my daughter. On arrival the staff were very helpful including the breakfast staff and bar staff. Room and hotel was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. We were gifted a lovely bottle of sparkling wine in the room to enjoy on arrival and balcony room.

Personalen var så trevliga och personligt mött Fina rum och där man åt frukosten var det så härlig atmosfär . Så god frukost! Låg bra till på en liten tvärgata

L’hôtel se situe en-dehors du centre-ville mais accès rapide aux monuments. Très bon emplacement pour faire toutes les visites à pieds. Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins pour nous. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et variés. La chambre est confortable et de taille correcte. Chambre propre. Cocktail de bienvenue et arrivée tardive possible. Nous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel vers 23h45/00h.

Excelente hotel para corta estancia, muy buena opción si deseas estar cerca del centro de la ciudad. Excelente ubicación y el personal del hotel es muy bueno y amable. El hotel no es 5 estrellas en condiciones de infraestructura pero sus amenidades están muy bien cuidadas.
