서비스나 모든 면에서 친절하였으나 청결상태가 약간안좋앗음 이불에 과자부스러기가 있었고 화장실변기는 청소를 안한듯

Stayed one night to play at the local casino so the room was everything we needed with buffet breakfast in the morning

Nice place

Staff was very nice and helpful. Room had lights that didn’t work, very stuffy room, no extra towels, and the area it was in did not feel safe.

We only stayed one night passing through town. The property is nice. The lobby was pretty with a large tree decorated for July 4th. The staff were all very friendly and got us checked in quickly. Our only complaint would be there was an odor in the room. It was tolerable so we did not request a room change. Most likely the rooms need to be updated with new carpet and ac unit as it was set at 64 but was not that cold. The AC ran loudly all night.

Lobby was beautiful and breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfast buffets I’ve had. That being said, the room we had wasn’t too great. The shower had some of the pinkish mold in the corners, there wasn’t even a shower curtain in there when we arrived we had to call for it, and the air in the room just felt muggy no matter what you put the a/c on. If it hadn’t been for the mugginess and the shower it would’ve been a better rating.

Need to fix Washing machine

We had a wonderful 2 night stay. Everyone of the staff was polite, professional and welcoming. We never walked through the lobby without a friendly greeting. The hair dryer didnt work in our room, I stopped at the desk on our way out for the day. By the time we returned we had a new one installed. The breakfast was great. The nice lady handled the very busy room like a pro. We also utilized the pool and the entire family from 2 rooms had a great time. Thank you to all your staff. Im sure we will be back someday

The room were comfortable and cleaned.The front desk clerk pleasant and receptive.

Hotel had a musky smelll, the room we had smelled like mold or mildew, bathroom tub had rust spots and we left in the middle of the night feeling nauseous.

Everything was wonderful! The bath tub jets wouldn’t work.

Clean room. Hot breakfast. Somewhat updated room but older tub enclosure.

Everything was good except our toilet over flowed because of plumbing problems and we had to change rooms at 1100 at night!!

Not sure how to even start this comment. First off properly is very nice. Ok here it goes. The toilet was a problem. Let’s just say when used my appendage would shall we say take a swim. This is annoying and it’s something that usually doesn’t happen. I hope you guys can fix that. Also throw away that military surplus toilet paper. Many thanks

When we walked out of the elevator the smell was so stuffy and bad I walked in the room and it was worse. Very stuffy and I walked into the bathroom and there was mildew on the ceiling. I called receptionist and she immediately offered to move to another room I asked to move to the downstairs because the small upstairs was bad. The room downstairs was still stuffy but not as bad as upstairs. There was still mildew on the ceiling in the bathroom. Will not stay there again. Also, it’s right next door to a cementary :( that was our view outside the graves. Disappointed.
