The sheets on the bed did not appear to be clean. There were signs of previous guest such as a dried contact lens in the restroom and hair on the bed. Upon check in we did not have towels in our room. Also the last two days of my stay I became ill with possibly contaminated food or water and so did the rest of my party. As of today we are still ill.

Our stay was great we truly enjoyed the resort! I would like to let other travelers know though that it isn’t a true “all inclusive resort”. I was not aware of this upon booking. There are alot items that cost extra that typically wouldn’t cost at other resorts i.e. the game room, the sweets bar, airport shuttle. That is the only reason I am giving 4 stars.

Beautiful location and beach—gorgeous views and powerful waves (not swimmable). Lifeguards were attentive, and the grounds were clean. Shoutout to Humberto, our beach cabana waiter—his service was excellent. Room service was quick and convenient. Unfortunately, service across the resort was inconsistent and often tied to whether you “looked” like a good tipper. Some staff were wonderful; others were dismissive. Golf cart drivers varied, and at the pool, guests who tipped early received noticeably better treatment—even when breaking rules about smoking or playing loud music. Pools were great, and my kids loved them. Rooms were clean but a bit outdated—we found one small cockroach. Allergy procedures felt like box-checking. We were asked about allergies 3–5 times per meal, but staff didn’t seem to know which foods had which allergens. Breakfast at LaNao was disappointing—waited nearly an hour with no drinks or bill. Concierge service was unclear and never open when I stopped by, so I booked activities myself. We weren’t given a map or activity schedule at check-in, which made getting around harder. Airport tip: after baggage claim, people may pretend to be your transport—they’re selling timeshares. I also lost a credit card at the beach cabana, and someone attempted $4,000 in fraud. This resort has potential, but inconsistent service made it hard to fully enjoy. I’d return to Cabo, but maybe not here.

Great place for the price. More upscale then most resorts, jusg checkin can get a little hectic. Awesome place and food is great. Only thing i didnt like was that they don't let uber pick u up from resort only drop off. Thus u must make arrangements with resort whom partners with the taxis making off site travel expensive

Stayed at top floor, great view. Great beachside, accessible but can not swim, waves, dangerous. Multiple restaurants to choose from. Friendly staff. On hillside, really can not walk around, especially when hot. Move mainly with cart ride, sometimes ride wait can be long,10-20 minutes when busy.

Awesome experience as always. This was my 4th time back. I do think the service has gone down hill since the last time I was here. The service was very slow but workers like Samuel at the La Nau, Araceli at the bistro, Jaime and Roberto at the 40 pool and Jose at the Chinese restaurant made are stay very pleasant. Will definitely be back!

Check-in was a terrible experience, it took about 4 hours and moving to 4 different rooms, one of which ALREADY HAD A FAMILY INSIDE AS I WALKED IN. I booked a Junior Suite for 2 adults and 2 kids (ages 17 and 10). The initial room we were placed in only had one bed, the front desk stated they booked rooms by people and not number of beds. I’m not sure how they expected all 4 of us to sleep in one bed. There was not even a sofa bed and not really any room for a roll-away. They sent us to another Junior Suite with two beds. In this room there was a vent with a constant drip above the toilet, causing the toilet seat to be wet, as well as the floor around it. Not to mention the dripping onto any person that would be sitting on the toilet. The maintenance person was unable to fix it. We were then upgraded to an Executive Suite. As we arrive to now our 3rd room, I open the door to see an array of personal belongings and another party already being settled into the room. As we get back to the front desk, Fernando and the desk supervisor Alan were inconsiderate of everything we had already been through attempting to check-in. They were very reluctant in offering a $100 credit and felt we should be satisfied with the upgrade to the executive suite and be ok with walking in on another family and having to move again to now a 4th room. We asked to speak to the manager which initially Alan stated was not on the premise. After pushing to speak to the manager one suddenly appeared.
