Ok Hotel for the price, close to city centre 15 min walk.

Clean friendly

Three star level. Ok but nothing remarkable.

It was a nice clean hotel with good staff. Easy to get to. Good parking. The area around the hotel was okish.

Lagom rymligt rum med fräscht badrum. Inte mycket till utsikt men perfekt för en snabb övernattning till bra pris. Sängkläderna till extrasäng kändes något sunkiga med sur doft men annars rent (vi sa inte till då det var sent men är övertygade om att de i sådana fall hade bytt ut dessa). Mycket trevlig personal. Lättillgängligt med bra parkering. Matbutik och snabbmat precis intill.

Plassering er på en parkeringsplass, veldig lite koselig , pris står ikke i forhold til forventninger .

The description says “In the heart of Lucca's historic center.” It is not but about a 15-20 minute walk from the start of the walled city. Not too far from the train. Location is ok but nothing charming about it. The front desk staff were very pleasant. The room could have had stronger air con but it was ok despite the 92 degree weather. The Wi-fi was incredibly slow. The room and bathroom are very small. Could have used more towels. The bed is very hard so not too comfortable. The hotel was ok but nothing special.

The hotel was quite a walk from the city. Good minibar top up. Bathroom was nice. But no plugs for straighteners and the bathroom had the only mirror. Main room also had limited plug sockets. Reception staff were nice.

Pour 150€ la nuit on a eu un lit comme sur une planche en bois, une salle de bains bricolée avec un bac de douche instable et installé en plein milieu et des vitres autour qui fuyaient de partout ! Petit dej juste ok Bref ne tombez pas dans le panneau d’un hôtel qui paraît abordable mais qui a juste le niveau d’un 2/3 étoiles

Ik ga nooit terug. Vanwege een eerlijke fout was het hotel niet bereid om ons tegemoet te komen. Dat is niet meedenken met je klanten.

Parcheggio comodissimo. Vicino alle vie di comunicazione da e per Lucca. Vicino anche al centro. Silenzioso.

Hotel posizionato ottimamente sia per la visita di Lucca sia per i dintorni. Struttura rinnovata di recente. Parcheggio comodissimo. Si raggiungono in un istante sia l’autostrada sia le mura di Lucca. Straconsigliato.

Great hotel, excellent rooms and about a 15-20 walk to the walled city. Would definitely recommend.

Personale gentile e disponibile, la camere sono pulite e spaziose. Buona colazione e posizione super strategica in quanto appena fuori dalle uscite autostradali e a 10 minuti a piedi dalle mura di Lucca.

Quarto limpo, e gostoso

hotellet ligger tæt op af to meget trafikeret veje, så der er en konstant støj og desværre virkede deres aircondition ikke , så meget varmt værelse om natten uden mulighed for at åbne vinduer pga trafik støj

Room was run down and the breakfast was included in the past but not now. Staff said that the name change and rebranding was meant to attract business people but there were no working outlets in the room and no usb or other charging outlets apart from one socket in the bathroom. Very inconvenient. The place was much nicer to stay at in the past 15 years but has been let down by its owners sadly.

Estacionamento muito bom. O hotel tem uma boa Localização para quem está com carro. Os funcionários são muito ótimos.
