객실시설이 매우 우수하고 청결합니다. 주변이 바로 관광지여서 이동이 편리합니다. 다만, 객실 4박 수면시간 내내 난방이 설정 온도에 도달하지 않아서 추워 고생했네요~

너무 좋았습니다^^ 최고의 위치에 최고의 서비스- 매년 런던에서 여러 호텔에 묵어봤었는데 여기가 압도적으로 만족스러웠습니다. 앞으로 자주 갈께요

All the hotel members were very kind and the location of the hotel was very near to Picadilly circus & National museum and so on.

Exquisite service and quality. Amazing location (near Piccadily Circus). Breakfast was delightful (except that the pancake wasn't fresh.seemed like it was ready-made).late check out without surcharge. Concierge team always welcoming and tried to go extramile. Lovely stay. The only down part was that there was IT problem for one night (no TV). FYI, almost more than half of the customers were French so they were quite French friendly!

피카더리 서키스역에서 도보로 2분채 안되고 인근 명소 접근성이 아주 좋음.

업무 때문에 이틀을 숙박 하게 되었습니다. 소피델 세인트 제임슨 런던 로비에 딱 들어 섰을때 너무 편안한 향이 가득차 있어서 체크인 전 부터 기분이 너무 좋았습니다. 힐링이 될 것 같은 그런 향이 기분을 좋게 했습니다. 문 앞에서 부터 친절하게 맞이 하는 분들 주터 저희가 그룹이었음에도 불구 하고 빠른게 체크인 진행을 해주어 편리했습니다. 룸도 굉장히 친절 하며 침구류 또한 나무 편안하여 피곤한 출장길에 너무 편하게 쉴수 있어서 좋았습니다. 조식또한 다양하고 수준 높은 음식으로 아침마다 아주 맛있게 먹을 수 있었습니다. 공항하고 호텔 리무진 서비스를 이용 했는데 너무 친절하게 공항에서 부터 저희를 맞이해 주셨으며 다시 돌아 갈때도 편하게 이용 할 수 있었습니다. 런던 중심가 이라서 걸어서 편리하게 어디든 이동 할 수 있었습니다. 런던에 간다면 다시 꼭 이용 하고 싶은 호텔 입니다.

There's no other hotels better than this in London, if you are to enjoy the West End shows with your family. Hotel staffs welcome you ,with kindness and sincerity, right in front of the entrance and to the end of the stay. Responsive and attentive all the time.

Breakfast was exceptional. Concierge and all staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Great location. Highly recommend this hotel.

We have stayed here many times and love it. We keep coming back as the staff are great and the hotel is great. This is better than most Sofitels.

I had stayed at Sofitel London St James once before and had a very positive experience, so when my wife turned 50, I wanted her and our sons to experience the hotel as well. It turned out exactly as I had hoped—a wonderful experience for all of us. Everyone, from the housekeeping staff to the reception team, was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Add to that the beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, and an outstanding location, and you have a clear ten-out-of-ten hotel experience.

Excellent hotel with a good location. Breakfast is excellent. The terrace outside is bit difficult to order drinks and food due to the set up

Staff was both pleasant and helpful. Iconic building in an iconic location. Best Sofitel we have stayed in and they have all been excellent.
