I didn’t expect the quality of services from the hotel! However, I can say that the Le Saint-Sulpice hotel is one of top-notch hotels in Montreal. The overall services from the hotel were the high level so I enjoyed stay at the hotel so much! Especially, the size of room was big enough for a party of 4 and the valet service was convenient as well. I will definitely stay at the Le Saint-Sulpice Montreal again!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Old Montreal. The location was perfect — close to everything and ideal for exploring the area. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. We also had breakfast included, and it exceeded our expectations. There were amazing options available, including fresh fruits and delicious food. Overall, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. We highly recommend this hotel and definitely plan to come back in the future!

Very impressed with the equipment in the room. Never expected all the cooking utensils that came in the suite.

The TV's do not work well in the room - had someone come in and they still dont work - they told me i have to stand close and aim at the right location and then press hard - that is a lot of work to make a TV work and anytime you want to change it - we went without TV our full stay because of this

Excellent location in old town and old port, walking distance to downtown, beautiful hotel, friendly staff, lobby smells great.

The breakfast was great, but since the shower didn't have a door, water leaked out onto the floor every time I used it.

Everything about this hotel was lovely. Room was very spacious and clean. The only thing I found lacking was the that the restaurant was closed every evening.

Clump of hair on cabinet and dirty old pen under couch. Beds and pillows not very comfortable. Staff was awesome. Blackout curtains did nothing...odd window set up allowed all the light in. Awesome location though. Our suv disnt fit in garage for valet, paid over 100 dollars to park at science museum...a discount would've been nice.

Large clean rooms. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and helpful. Ideal location for walking in Old Montréal. We enjoyed the breakfast, healthy, delicious and a good value. The front desk supervisor was particularly helpful upon check in providing personal service to address all of our concerns.
