The tv in the room didn’t work and the room was very hot, but the helpfulness of the staff with a different issue more than made up for it! The room was spacious and clean, and the very reasonably priced vending machine in the corridor was useful given there are no other food options at the hotel. The location is central with a big car park nearby, just make sure to pre-book taxis if you need one.

Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Leider ist kaum jemand da und nachts ist niemand im Hotel, nur eine Notfallnummer. Es ist eine Unterkunft mit ordentlichen aber hellhörigen Zimmern ohne Frühstück, Bar oder Restaurant.

A very well set out place with very friendly and helpful staff .The room was great and clean ,although some mould around the bath but overall a great place to stay .Noisy outside until the early hours but not a lot you can do about that .

Great room and right in the middle of downtown, only a few blocks from the train station. Very comfortable accommodation with soft fluffy towels and plenty of bathroom amenities. Quiet, and close to great restaurants.

Room was great. Staff support during out of hours great. Their care and guidance to check in after work hours was great. Definitely recommend it

Clean, warm room. Felt happy and safe as a lone-female traveller. Close to plenty of choice of food outlets.

Very pleasant stay

Probably a bit unfair to write anything but I was sent a link to do it. The rooms are fine, they have what you need, a comfortable bad and bathrooms are pretty spacious again have all you need. The location is in the high street so thats as central as you might want. Awoken early by a fire alarm, there do not seem to be any staff on duty and the fire service didnt exactly break records to attend. Not sure if it was staff or a well qualified guest decided it was safe to go back in. Just had time to grab a shower before I was due to leave for an appointment, water was ice cold. Not ideal. Its probably worth another shot, unlikely for lightning to strike twice. Not sure its great not to have staff in at night. No food could be an issue for people although there are restaurants nearby.
