Great stay

위치 좋고 비슷한 레벨 타 호텔보다 방사이즈 매우 넓음 소음도 괜찮고 조용하고 편안하게 지냄

일찍 (11시)도착해서 3층 에 룸을 받았는데 창문을 열어보니 벽이 었어요 바로 리퀘스트 하였더니 오후에 10층으로 받았습니다 상태가 좋습니다 샤워시설도 훌륭합니다 많은사람들이 사용해서 그런지 세면대 배수가 좀 안돼네요 룸안 냉장고 소음과 바깥의 소음이 좀 거슬렸습니다 완전 고층(20층 이상)이 아니니 어쩔수 없네요 직원들 모두 친절했고 공항 가는 택시도 안내해줬어요(우버 보다 저렴) 위치(센트럴 파크 써브웨이등등) 또한 좋습니다 호텔내 식당은 없어서 근처 커피샵 이용했어요 일주일 잘 머물었습니다

Great central location close to Central Park and many restaurants! Walking distance to many trains.

The hotel has a great location. The staff were super accommodating and always helpful! The rooms were super tidy, a good size, and had a refrigerator and espresso machine.

The service was outstanding. We had an issue with ac and they fixed it immediately. I will certainly stay there again

Trip for my daughter’s 18th birthday—-this property is the perfect location—centrally located, subway stop on the same block, very safe; 2 blocks from Central Park. Staff were friendly and helpful, responsive to anything we needed. No room service but so many great food options close by. Would definitely stay again.

Nice rooms, quiet, and excellent location

Highly recommend this property! We had such a restful experience. Stayed in Room 610 and had a great view! Very Clean hotel, such friendly staff and accommodating! If you’re looking for great shower pressure yup! They got it!! Close to Central Park and a hop skip and a jump to liberty bagels. I would want to stay again. Hopefully sooner than later.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Property has so many wonderful shops and restaurants in the local vicinity. Central Park just a two block walk.

Nice location, and a very clean room each day - SUPER maid service. I asked if I could have an Amazon package delivered to the hotel with our room/name on it. Of course the answer was 'YES.' Upon check-out, there was a $10.00 charge to receive this package. Don't like that at all.

Really comfortable hotel with great staff. Walkable to everywhere that we had come to NYC for. Desk staff on morning of departure were really helpful with a personal issue we had, and very appreciative of their assistance.
