We were on honeymoon. Great night view, food, service, location, etc

This is advertised as a 5 Star property. However, there were a number of disappointing issues: A number of the on site restaurants were closed, the Wi-Fi in the room stopped working half way through our holiday, the 'Fun Pub' was only open between 20:00 & Midnight and was closed completely on Wednesday & Friday. The squash court was closed and the two treadmills were in a poor state of repair.

points positifs: l'emplacement , les piscines, la literie points négatifs : absence d'insonorisation, nous entendions les voisins comme s'ils étaient dans la même pièce, étant proche de l'ascenseur, nous pouvions compter les allées et venues, les sols étant en carrelage , il faut tenir compte des pieds de chaise qui raclent le sol, des chariots des femmes de ménage. Structure à éviter si vous êtes sensibles au bruit !

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel LIVVO Volcán war einfach herrlich - ich hatte ein großes Zimmer mit kleiner Terrasse (Gartenblick gebucht und auf die Promenade geschaut, aber da ich tagsüber die Insel mit meinem Mietwagen erkundet habe, störte dies nicht). Am großen Frühstücksbuffet wurde ich immer fündig. Die gesamte Anlage ist gepflegt und wirkt nicht wie ein Bettenbunker, wie man sie sonst häufig vorfindet. Um das Hotel herum gibt es zahlreiche Möglichkeiten, um sich kulinarisch verwöhnen zu lassen, somit habe ich das Angebot im Hotel nicht in Anspruch genommen.

Und wunderbares Hotel. Einfach alles war traumhaft schön - Anlage, Zimmer, Buffet, Service, Live-Musik am Abend, Lage am Yacht-Hafen… Wir kommen wieder!

Désolé de ne pas être de votre avis mais je pense que nous n’avons pas les mêmes standards de qualité et d’ambiance que nous recherchons Nous ne cautionnons pas des usine à nourriture qui ne vont pas avec votre offre d’hotelrie Il n’est pas normal que pour des raison qui m’échappe il n’y ai pas de restaurant autre que le buffet dans l’hôtel Il me sera difficile de recommander votre chaîne d’hôtel Désolé de de cette mauvaise expérience Bien que l’architecture de l’hôtel soit magnifique Cordialement Alain koubi

We had a wonderful stay at the Club Volcano. Staff were tremendous, the room was spacious and well-appointed. The hotel is next to Marina Rubicón which is very convenient.

Wonderful staff, lovely food,warm swimming pool,excellent location, comfortable beds,quiet room,amazing architecture, English television channels,clean rooms, constant fresh towels and toiletries.
