Easy access to main thoroughfares.

Everything was good, except around the fridge it was really duty Thank you!

The food at the restaurant was horrible for the high price. No room service available either. The walls are paper thin, you can hear conversation in the hallway coming from rooms and the room we booked smelled like cigarettes .

Excellent

When we were checking in, the front desk woman was not welcoming and kept getting annoyed at the kids going outside to the pool area. When we got to our room, the smell was very musty but overall okay, until I saw the biggest roach in my life. I literally wanted to scream I called the front desk and she gave us another room on the second floor and gave us breakfast vouchers for the inconvenience. The second room didn't smell as bad but the bedding had hair and their was tiny bugs everywhere. We always stay at Marriotts but this particular one I will NEVER return to. Only convenience is lots of attractions and restaurants weren't too far.

matrix is too soft

This is a pretty poor hotel for the Courtyard family. It was clean, but main issue was that they have those air conditioning units that are connected to the floor / wall (old school). I think they don't have a de-humidifier so the room always seems moist and smells a bit or mildew. We've stayed here a few times, but are probably done unless they do a renovation.

Every thing was good. Some maintenance in areas needed but minor. Beds super comfy.

The room was very comfortable. The temperature was perfect. All was very neat and clean. No complaints at all!

This property was good for easy access to the university and to the highway. They have an excellent lobby to meet people and relax. I wish they included breakfast in the room rate. The staff was super friendly and accommodating

Great hotel.

Good Location. The Bed was too soft and the noise up and down the halls until midnight

It cannot be denied that the hotel has good conditions, but my wife, my daughter and I stayed at this hotel, we only stayed at night because we were participating in an event at the university, I left the room the same as I received it and after a couple of days to my surprise a surcharge of 40 dollars which is not a lot of money nor does the amount bother me but it is an abuse that they charge without having reasons so stay away from there
