My sons and I weren't expecting anything luxurious, but we were expecting the basics, like a comfortable bed and a free wi-fi. There was only a harsh overhead light, no bedside lamp, no clock, the beds were big cots, the thin mattresses were visibly swayed. The window didn't latch, there were two bath towels, one of which had a large hole in it, the other paper thin, and only 1 hand towel, no bath mat. There was no fridge. Room was less than average. Smelled

If you are a backpacker or budget traveler you already know this place. A clean bed with hospital corners, a small but spotless room and a functional desk and chair. The shower was hot though the room itself was not heated howeverit was air conditioned. It's located a short 7 min walk from the nightclub / turista district. Food is around the corner either by a row of small restaurants or minimarket food that is remarkably good at the gas station a block further down. The staff is friendly and they show appreciation for any efforts to speak their language. This is a good place to experience the Mexican culture close up.

Las instalaciones estan muy descuidadas en las habitaciones , el.aire acondicionado no servia y goteo toda la noche encima de la cama . El lugar es accesible y el.precio.muy economico pero ya habia acudido en otras ocasiones y no estaba tan descuidado como ahora.

Hay cucarachas mucho Moho en las parades del baño , las colchas Rotas y viejas , se va la luz y no hay generador de Luz , no pudes abril la ventanas por que no hay miriñaques o mosquitero en las ventanas y con muchos mosquito ! Paste una 5 horas sin aire acondicionado y me esta a desmayando de la calor .. espereicia horrible

Price was high for the condition plus they charge extra fee when you check in. I only stayed 1 night... The sheets need to be washed/cleaned much better with bleach and better detergent. The pillows had makeup and lots of stains everywhere on sheets. The rooms need more attention please.

El lugar es literal para llegar a Dormir, que fue el motivo por el que lo usamos, pero el personal el muy grosero Rente la habitación para mi esposo mi hijo y yo y solo teníamos 2 toallas y no me quisieron dar una más

Só fiquei uma noite. A localização é excelente e segura próximo de comércio, restaurantes e acesso à ônibus. A estrutura do hotel é antiga, estava limpo mas o chuveiro sai pouquíssima água, uns cinco filetes de água. O atendimento do recepcionista Ruan e da moça que fez nosso check in foi ótimo, mas em compensação, usamos o serviço de deixar a bagagem e quando voltamos para pegar, a recepcionista que estava no turno, quase não nos deixou entrar, foi super rude e mal educada, disse que não podíamos usar mais nenhuma das instalações do hotel e quase nos expulsou. Então disse a ela que precisava organizar a bagagem e logo sairia. Que não queria usar nada do hotel. Então orientem melhor a funcionária no tratamento ao cliente
