The staff just got in my place when I was chilling in the room. He just opened the door and came into my room. I was almost naked and I was alone. I said don't come in but he came in ! What a embarrassing ! He just said that he wants to check the fridge. How could I believe him? Who knows what'd happen to me ? He should KNOCK me first or come here when I left or before I come. Am I wrong ? Most staffs don't speak English well and rude. If you are alone traveller don't come here. You might get a problem.

Outstanding hotel

Good trip, nice property, good breakfast, close to the main hub

Habitación amplia y camas cómodas. Baño limpio y bien equipado. Muy buena ubicación a cinco minutos andando del centro histórico. Fácil aparcamiento en la zona pagando por horas con la App correspondiente, y si no opción de parking subterráneo por 12€/día. La piscina en el rooftop es un puntazo. Staff amable. Repetiremos seguro en nuestra próxima visita a Braga

Braga was wonderful and The Mercure was a great place to stay

Muy satisfactoria, muy céntrico con parking contiguo con tarifas acordadas con el hotel. El desayuno no incluido pero con buffet bueno por 14 euros. La piscina en cubierta agradable aunque algo antigua pero limpia y con bar bien atendido, toallas del hotel gratis. La ciudad preciosa y todo a diez minutos del hotel. Muy recomendable

It was right in the city which is great. Parking was slightly expensive however staff are great. Level og service was exceptional and overall made for a smooth experience

Great location and excellent staff, large room with balcony, only negative bed mattress and pillows were uncomfortably hard for us.

Staff at reception were so helpful arranging a taxi to get my wife and I to the Bom Jesus and made sure the taxi even came back for us The waiting staff in the restaurant were also very helpful and friendly the food was outstanding !!

Bonjour, Le séjour dans l'hôtel Mercure de Braga était de qualité, le personnel était très aimable, attentionné et disponible. Toutefois, il est étonnant que l'on n'ait pas accès à Internet dans les chambres d'un hôtel de cette catégorie. Pour des raisons médicales (dossier à transmettre), d'une part, et de voyage (confirmation de vol),d'autre part, l'accès à Internet ne nous a été possible qu'au niveau de la réception!! C'est la seule "fausse note" mais elle est de taille, malgré tout. Très bonne adresse cependant. Bien cordialement.
