Our stay at Hotel Tres Reyes was simply unforgettable. From the very first moment, we were welcomed with a warmth and hospitality that truly made us feel at home. We were lucky to have a room with a view of the Lago Nahuel Huapi, and it was honestly one of the highlights of our trip. Waking up each morning to the lake and the majestic Andean mountains was an experience that’s hard to put into words—pure magic. The hotel is centrally located, just one block away from the main street, which makes it very convenient to explore Bariloche on foot. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, even larger than many we’ve experienced in European hotels, which makes a big difference for a relaxing stay. Everything was spotless, with an excellent level of cleanliness throughout. The hotel interior has a charming alpine feel, with warm wood paneling and a beautiful lobby facing the lake and the Andean mountains, featuring large windows that allow you to fully take in the breathtaking scenery. The hotel also has a practical elevator for four people, making access to the rooms easy and convenient. But what truly stood out was the excellent attention from the staff—always kind, attentive, and ready to help with a genuine smile. They made every moment even more special. We leave with wonderful memories and a strong desire to return. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an authentic, comfortable, and truly memorable experience.

La habitación está un poco vieja, pero el hotel está súper bien ubicado.

Muy céntrico para moverse a cualquier tour

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, con una maravillosa vista al lago. Las zonas comunes bastante bien cuidadas, valdría la pena remodelar un poco las habitaciones para que la misma sensación que tienes en las zonas comunes sea la misma en el cuarto. Calefacción sumamente alta, era difícil dormir por la noche.

En general nos fue muy bien, solo hubo dos cosas que no eran acordes, una fue que nos cobraron más dólares de lo que decían, fueron 34 dólares y habían dicho que valía 30 cada noche y lo otro fue el desayuno, un día no hubo huevos y básicamente era la única proteína disponible

El hotel está bien ubicado, la parte de la recepción está bien, pero ya q entras al cuarto es otra historia son viejos, los muebles, lámparas, baños, todo muy viejo, es una lástima Porq tiene buena vista y mucho potencial pero los cuartos son feos, el desayuno ok

Ratify mountain/lake view. Hotel lobby and sitting areas built to enjoy the view fully. The hotel was very well located. Clean, maybe a bit faded elegance. We would stay here again happily.

The lake and mountain views are amazing. The hotel is right on the road by the lake. The hotel is a big stone European style building with lovely large spaces on the main floor for relaxing, billiards, and breakfast. The room we had was the cheapest. It was small but met our needs. Windows open for fresh air. No air conditioning.) They will give you a fan if you ask. Great location in center of town.

Las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionador, en la fecha q fui, unos días hacía frío y otros no, por el cual se requemaría tener el aire en la habitación, y si se abre la ventana, demasiado ruido de la calle. Fue incómodo él dormir.
