차도의 소음을 제외하고 가격대비 괜찮음

아주 많이 낡은 느낌입니다. 냉장고가 없어요. 에어컨은 중앙 통제라 컨트롤이 안 됩니다. 수동으로 통풍구 열고 닫고만 됩니다.

They don't include water like other hotels with the same price. There's no fan in the room. The lock for the safe box didn't work, so I had to carry my passport with me all the time, something one shouldn't do, even at home. The location is ok, but you have to walk a few blocks to find cafes or restaurants. From Segovia, I went to another hotel that has a bookstore and 3 cafes in the same block, and is only two blocks from owner run artisan clothing. I won't stay at Segovia again. By the way, the night staff hardly looks up when you walk in and out.

La habitación es agradable y limpia. Cumple con lo necesario. No ofrecen plancha así que hay que prevenir y llevar la propia.

Es un hotel con precio razonable con ubicación privilegiada la salida es a la 1pm eso se agradece el restaurante es bastante cumplidor me parece una excelente opción previo calidad

Todo estuvo bien para el viaje

Solo la ubicación es buena. El hotel es demasiado viejo, me tocó habitación hacia la calle y se escucha todo resultó imposible dormir, sumándole que la cama y las almohadas demasiado incómodas, y sin aire acondicionado terrible. Sería la última opción que volvería a elegir. El personal muy apático

Muy bien ubicado, instalaciones adecuadas, solo que la habitación no cuenta con AC. Todo bien y el metro está muy cerca.

Tuvieron que cambiar de habitación porque nos asignaron un cuarto sucio. La propiedad necesita mantenimiento.

Precios súper accesibles, personal de lobby y restaurante amable. Lo único malo es el deterioro por los años del edificio y sus cuartos, pero por el precio al menos yo no me quejo. No tiene aire acondicionado, pero ya que CDMX la mayor parte del año no hace tanto calor, no hace falta. Y si es que necesitan refrescarse, abran la ventana de su cuarto, con eso se refresca l.

The room was not the one I booked and paid for. I even showed Manuel the photos of the room from the hotel’s own listing, but he still refused to provide it. Instead, he repeatedly said it was “hotel policy” and “subject to availability.” If that’s the case, why was I charged for that specific room? When I asked to speak with the manager, he simply replied, “I am the manager,” leaving me with no way to escalate the issue. I wasted more than two hours trying to resolve this matter with hotels.com customer service.. Also the room had only one electrical outlet, and Manuel was unhelpful, unprofessional, and unable to resolve even basic issues. His poor communication made an already frustrating experience much worse.

The hotel’s location is excellent, but unfortunately that’s the only positive aspect of this property. They refused to provide the room that was advertised and that I had already paid for, unless I paid an additional fee of 1000 pesos The check-in process was chaotic and unprofessional.The receptionist, Manuel, was unable to resolve basic issues and communication was very difficult due to his poor English skills. Overall, this is one of the worst hotel check ins experiences I have ever had The room and bathroom were dirty, and there was black hair everywhere. The safe did not even have a lock..and also although the hotel has “No Smoking” signs everywhere, the smell of marijuana in the hallways and outside the rooms was overwhelming. Lastly, there are no security cameras in the hallways, which is very concerning. If your belongings are stolen or an incident occurs, there appears to be no video surveillance to help identify what happened or who was responsible.

Buena ubicación, buen lugar, hotel y habitación adecuada.
