Enjoyed staying here. Staff was nice and parking area was large too. Would definitely stY again.

The staff are quite friendly. It was good to have a lot of warm food for breakfast. However, breakfast is expensive if you apply on site, so it would be good to add it in advance when you make a hotel reservation. The city of Basel was also very nice. It was very quiet, people were kind, and the tram was romantic. As far as I know, Asians don't stay in Basel very often. I think it's a great place to travel.

깨끗하고 좋았는데, 난방이 잘 안되었어요. 작은 히터를 가져다 주긴했는데, 난방이 충분치 않았습니다. 개선 필요합니다.

아주 편안하게 잘 머물다가 귀국했습니다.

Wir waren schon ein paar mal in diesem Hotel. Lage und Preis sind recht gut. Allerdings geht Morgens um 7 schon der Staubsauger und je nach Lage des Zimmers kann es Mega laut sein. Auch die Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption ist sehr unterschiedlich. Wir bezahlen mittlerweile lieber etwas mehr und gehen in ein anderes Krem.

Room was clean and tidy. Reception staff were helpful. Location was easy to take a public transport into the cultural centre or to the main Train Station. Breakfast had almost everything you could want, so many options.

Clean, basic, comfortable, spacious room. Came with free drinks. Hotel gave us a Basel pass which gives you free Public transportation and 50% off museums. Close to a rail that gets you straight into downtown in 10 minutes

Front desk staff very helpful at all times. Room cleaned promptly. No way to clean dished in kitchen.

Staff was fantastic - very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was pretty standard - bed was a little hard and shower was okay but the towels were terrible. The location was pretty far from the city center (christmas markets)so unless you're attending a meeting at the nearby convention center, you'd be better off booking something closer in.
