위치가 강변산책하기 매우좋고, 객실은 고풍스럽고 시설관리가 잘되고있다

The hotel is situated in front of arno river so you get access to it every morning in a few footsteps. However this doesn't mean that you will get the river view room - my room faced the other side of the river so I pretty much had no view but I only stayed for one night so it wasn't a big problem. The problem was the noise coming from the hallway - not sure if they were staffs or other guests - and because I was sick I needed some rest which I didn't get enough of. Also the wifi offered from hotel is really weak, I had to use my own device. But in general it was a pleasant stay.

이번 여행에서 전체적으로 봤을때 가장 마음에 든 숙소였다^^ 중세시대(?) 건물인지.. 층고가 높고 욕실이 특히 좋았다.. 사실 애매한 골목 위치에 정문이 있어서 숙소 앞에서 몇번을 왔다갔다했는데.. 중앙역과도 가까웠고 무엇보다고 베끼오다리가 보이는 위치에 있었는데 그림 같았다.. 산책하다보니 베끼오궁과 우피치미술관이 있는 시뇨리아 광장이 나왔고 두우모도 보였다.. 냉정과열정사이에 준세이가 자전거를 고치던 장면 같은 골목길이 호텔 후문 입구라서 더 마음에 들었다.. 이틀을 있었는데 내가 간 가장 비싼 숙소였지만 하루를 더 묶고 싶을 정도였다. 다만 에어컨이 너무 시끄럽고 시원하지 않았던 것이 아쉬웠지만.. 7월 중순이었는데 에어컨을 꺼도 전혀 덥지 않게 잘 잤다.. 또 피렌체에 가게 되면 여기서 묵을 것 같다..

Classical & romantic hotel.. Strongly recommend if you love old-fashioned mood..

위치와 조식 식당이 좋음. 창문 앞에 카페 옥상이 마주보고 있어 창문 전혀 열지 못함. 와이파이 거의 불가. 청소시간 외에 종업원 무단 출입. 30여번의 유럽여행 숙소 중에 최악에 속함.

Incredibly beautiful hotel. We stayed there last year & knew we would return again this year. We were treated very special & it was acknowledged by many staff as return guests. I would highly recommend staying at Hotel Berchelli, the property is beautiful, the staff extremely professional & the location is ideal on the Arno River right near the Ponte Vecchio. We will return next time we visit Florence!!

Excellent location, rooms are very nice!

The booking was easy! Arriving there the staff were impeccable, helpful and so professionally courteous. I had a room on the 5th floor but had to walk up a staircase to my room. I didnt have a bathtub which I really that i wished I had asked for specifically. The bed was comfortable and the room was a.perfect temperature. I had 3 windows and opening the 2 made a flow through beautiful breeze. There is a church nearby and bells ring every half hour. I found it pleasant. Also the sound of horses hooves could be heard clopping outside and it was very cozy feeling. I slept great, breakfast was good. Again, service was impeccable!

The service was very exceptional. Very warm and friendly. Helpful staff directing nice dining experiences and services available at the hotel. highly recommend.

１日に２回清掃があり清潔であった。室内は広く、室内スリッパ、ドライヤーもあり快適であった。言えば電気ケトルも無料で貸し出ししてくれた。朝食が豪華で良かった。

Friendly staff

This hotel was an amazing finish to our week in Italy! The staff was excellent, from check-in to breakfast service to check-out. The room with a view over Ponte Vecchio was awe-inspiring. The location to all the main sights of Florence was ideal. A must stay on my next trip to Florence!
