Great little hotel in historic center. Great value for the price, and super friendly staff!

The rooms were spacious, updated, and clean. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The hotel is located across the street from a variety of restaurants and within 10 min walk to the Duomo and several transport options.

Good rooms but horrible and filthy bathroom.

Rooms comfortable but very noisy. If you want a good night sleep don’t stay here.

Great hotel in a nice an calm area close to the Doumo and other sightseeing. Location was great. Room maybe slightly small, but enough. Clean and good condition.

Positives: fantastic location, reception team very helpful, common areas clean & welcoming, breakfast. Negatives: room small, shower leaked, plaster peeling off walls in areas of the shower, room very cold & could not adjust air-con, room decor drab & dated, too much communication from Sonder group. Overall we did not feel the room reflected the Sonder promotional material. We had a great time in Milan but at best an average time with our room. Your staff are great as are common areas but based on our experience with room 207 your rooms need some updating.

The staff was the best and you are close to the Metro, which can get you anywhere in the city in minutes.

It’s a lovely little hotel.

Staffs were very friendly and soft spoken which is hard to find most of the hotels these days . Getting free water and detox water after so much walk was really awesome . Thank you guys

Everything was great, except internet dies not reach the room beyond the door. The staff didn't seem too bothered when I complained and sort of just shrugged it off, it was only two night over a weekend so making a huge fuss seemed pointless. Also, a few days before my trip I received two emails a day from the hotel badgering me to check in online and download an app.

Great little find in the middle of town a short walk away from all the main parts of Milan

Stayed for 3 nights and it was the perfect location for us, not too far from the city center, about 10 min walk to the Duomo and near the metro. Less busy and few good dining options around. The only hiccup was when we came back one night and there was a black out in the hotel with no generator. Hotel is clean and everyday our room was cleaned by housekeeping and fresh towels were provided.

The property is ok overall, and the staff friendly, but the property only seems partially renovated (with many worn out features in mine) to tick some boxes. Rooms are poorly soundproofed and therefore pretty noisy.

Séjour très décevant. Cet établissement ne répondait pas aux critères d’un hôtel 4* Coupure de courant de 22h à 01h du matin en plein match de la coupe d’Europe. Un simple mail nous a été envoyé le lendemain matin. Pas de veilleur de nuit, petit déjeuner très médiocre, pas de peignoirs dans les salle de bains et j’en passe…. Vraiment trop cher!!! Ne mérite pas 4*

Excelente servicio

We had a wonderful time staying at the Sonder Missori! When we arrived at the hotel prior to check-in time, we were warmly welcomed and offered some refreshments. Although our room was not ready, the staff stored our luggage and told us that they would place it in our room as soon as the room was available (and they did). They also recommended restaurants in the area and texted us as soon as the room was ready. The hotel location is about a 10 minute walk to the Duomo. There are metro, tram and bus stations right outside the hotel or within a short walk. The room was spacious and immaculate. Upon entering, there was a room with a sofa and a separate bedroom. The bed was extremely comfortable and the sparkling clean bathroom had the best shower! My only minor recommendation would be to have more counterspace around the sink. The 24/7 staff at the Sonder Missori is amazing! Each and every front desk person was exceptional, friendly and made our trip wonderful!! We appreciated their restaurant recommendations, help with reservations and navigating the city with directions and metro and bus routes. On our last day we paid for the breakfast buffet and it was amazing! There are beautiful rooms with a wide assortment of fresh fruits, delicious baked goods and pastries, hot selections, juices, coffees, teas and even prosecco! Certainly worth the price and the convenience We will definitely stay at the Sonder Missori on our next trip to Milan!
