I stayed 4 nights in this hotel executive 3 bed room. This hotel is generally well maintained and the restaurant and my room was always clean and tidy. The river view outside the window was especially good. However, as it is a five-star hotel, improvement is needed. First, the photos of hotel.com are very different from the actual my room, so I contacted the front desk and changed the room the next day. However, the pictures on Hotel.com are mix of good pictures out of several rooms, which is still different from the actual room. Secondly, the hotel is far from the center, so there are regular shuttles, but reservations must be made in advance and the people using the shuttle are full. So we used a taxi mainly, but we returned to the hotel in the center was not easy. Finally, we pass front on the hotel at the out side, and the staff always busy and see their desk only. Most of us should be greeting first unlike many hotels we have experienced. Therefore, this hotel is very well maintained by building, restaurants, and rooms, but they are needed to improve in terms of service.

도심근교에 위치해있으나 무료셔틀 이용으로 큰 불편함은 없었음,객실은 청결했고 아침식사역시 일반적 유럽의 다른 호텔과 큰 차이가 없었으며 직원들은 매우 친절했고 객실역시 다양한 타입과 객실별로 컨셉의 차이를 두어 대체적으로 만족한 숙박이었음

호텔 자체는 굉장히 고급스럽고 깔끔하고 5성급 호텔 수준의 서비스와 조식, 자체 야외수영장, 사우나 등 시설이 갖춰져있습니다. 서비스도 굉장히 친절하고 편안합니다. 관광 명소와의 거리가 살짝 있기 때문에 너무 낡거나 시끄럽거나 혼잡한 곳보다 조용해서 좋았습니다.

오션 뷰와 더불어 항상 웃으면서 응대해준 사람들은 굉장히 기억에 남으며 다시 한번 방문 해보고 싶다라는 생각이 들었습니다

와이파이는 거의사용불가수준의 상태 개선이 시급함. 이외의 숙박시설및 상태는 양호함. 도시중심과 많이 떨어져있어 매번 택시를 이용해야함(왕복30유로이상).

객실은 모두 미술관같고 SMN에서는 좀 멀지만 조용하고 경관이좋음. 와이파이 시설이 좋고 호텔에서 무선와이파이 공유기를 무료렌트해줘서 매우 편리했음

전체적으로 조용하고 깨끗한 호텔이나 시내 관광지와 떨어져 있어 위치가 다소 불편함.

I enjoyed this hotel very much. Staffs were very welcomming, they answered all the awkward questions i asked before arrival, and kindly provided me the room i wanted, which was super lovely and comfortable..exactly same with the photos in the hotel website. Hotel's whole interior was renewed recenltly, very beautiful and cozy, makes visitors feel like arriving in an elegant and warm-hearted cousin's villa, get peace at once. I also enjoyed spa at night, which was provided to guests for free, and had a happy dinner time at restaurant with Firenze T-born steak. Everything was perfect.. the only weakness could be the location, you should take a taxi or bus at train station to get to this hotel, and walk 20~30 minutes to Uffizi, but considering the beautiful view of river Arno and the peace that can be gained a little way off the hustle-bustle city center, it didn't matter to me at all.

각자 각자 취향이 다르겠지만, 피렌체 및 인근 지역을 관광하실 목적이시라면 이 호텔을 추천하고 싶지 않습니다. 호텔이 매우 고풍스럽고 호텔이 ARNO 강을 끼고 있어 경치가 매우 좋습니다만, 문제는 교통이 매우 안좋다는 것입니다. (물론 비용에 구애 받지않고 피렌체 시내에서 관광후 택시를 이용하여 호텔로 간다면 관계없습니다만). 비용대비 만족스러운 호텔은 아닌듯 합니다.

한국어 후기가 별로 없는 것 같아 한국어로 적습니다. 후기가 거의 없지만 블로그에서 어떤분이 만족스럽게 묵으셨다는 것을 보고 고민없이 바로 예약했습니다.피렌체 중앙역에서 버스로 15분정도 타야하고, 또 걸어야 합니다. 사실 위치는 피렌체 중앙역에서 2km 정도 떨어져 있어서 밤늦게 피렌체에서 관광을 마치고 호텔로 돌아갈 때에는 택시를 이용해야 하는 단점이 있습니다. (약 15유로정도)이 점만 빼고는 모든게 완벽합니다. 리조트 형식의 호텔이고 새로 리모델링해서 시설이 매우좋습니다. 호텔직원들은 굉장히 친절하고요. 체크아웃할때는 넥타이와 티세트도 선물로 받았습니다. 객실도 일반 호텔의 기본객실과는 차원이 다릅니다. 위치를 크게 고려하지 않는다면 이호텔은 허니문호텔로 강추합니다!

신혼여행 3박으로 선택한 호텔, 리뷰가 없어서 걱정했지만 너무나 좋았다. 새건물이라 그런지 온 건물이 깨끗하고 조식이 정말 너무 맛있어서 아침마다 폭풍흡입 ㅠㅠ 다만 중앙역이나 메인 관광지하고 거리가 있어서 택시타고 이동하는 번거로움이 있었지만 나중에 또 가고싶은 호텔! 조용하고 깨끗한 숙소를 원하다면 추천 :)

Enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Villa Sul'Arno in early April. The accommodation was amazing, a beautifully conceived and comfortable junior suite with a balcony overlooking the river. The rooms were peaceful and calming, ideal for relaxing. The breakfasts were delicious with a wide range of great fresh produce. Staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Although a little further from the historic centre we found the location to be wonderful next to the river. The hotel runs a courtesy shuttle bus, which is quick and convenient. Food at the restaurant id excellent and room service is speedy and served quickly and directly. The spa and pools were well thought out and aesthetically stunning and a joy to use. The gym is compact, but still functional. I would happily recommend the Villa Sul'Arno and am certainly going to return. Thank you to Claudia and the Team for looking after us so well.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Very safe walk to downtown Florence, approx 25 min walk along the river. They also offer free shuttle service which is nice. Great spa with included access to indoor heated pool, sauna, and steam room. Highly recommend.

Lovely lovely hotel - it’s a smaller footprint than it appears but just has the true charm of Florence! It’s a 10 min walk to some lovely cafes and as soon as construction is completed it will be nice to walk along the river at night. The rooms were reminiscent of a different century! Lovely!

Room was large and clean with a river view. The room turndown service was a nice touch. Staff very friendly and courteous

Excellent property within walking distance to outside amenities and historic scenery. Food was fantastic and all staff were extremely helpful. We have this on our list to come back in the future
