The front desk staff was not the friendliest. When asked for a recommendation on good restaurant he recommended the place that was the partner of the hotel plus one other that was a chain that happened to be close by. This is not how you look for when you ask for good restaurant recommendation.

Good hotel and great room, I enjoyed my stay.

Parking was tight. Patio didn’t have any furniture, room could use some updates. All in all was a decent stay.

Was unhappy with 1br unit booked. Got some push back by the check in clerk but eventually after I was very firm he showed me other room options and picked a smaller better one. Disappointed with limited kitchen pans and no kitchen towels or wash cloth but I managed. Besides that the room was good.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Just need handle bars in shower for support to get in and out of tub. Nice clean pool. Having apples and tea and coffee at the front lobby was very helpful to start your day.

Our room was over all great, it had lots of space and beds were comfortable. We stayed in a king suite with a sofa bed for our kids and a full kitchen. The bathroom needs a renovation but useable however the rest of the room was good. Our biggest issue was the pool though, we like to pick a place with a pool because my son loves to swim. However the moment my son and husband went in the pool they instantly felt all slimy on their skin. The ladders to get out of the pool were also not secure so it was also a safety concern, when we told the staff our complaint they said they’d tell maintenance. I feel that wasn’t good enough. No offer of any compensation which was very disappointing given how gross that pool was. They shouldn’t even have the pool open currently. If you want a decent place and decent price. It’s good for that, but if you want a pool. Definitely pick somewhere else.

The room was absolutely disgusting. There were spots and coffee rings all over the coffee table, walls filthy, dust on everything, windows/glass filthy and definitely hadn’t been washed in forever. Overall the room was a good lay out and size but it was appalling how filthy this place was. Told the desk and nothing was offered besides a “sorry about that”. Would not recommend staying here, we won’t be back.

The room was ok but the there was a lot of maintenance issues that need to be taken care of around the facility. The ladder in the pool needs to be fastened to the deck better. Signs in hallway were falling off the wall; ajoining restaurant was dirty; and building and rooms needs some TLC.

I would stay there again

Room was clean but small, and staff were helpful and professional. Unfortunately the heating system in my room was extremely noisy so it was difficult to get a good sleep.

When we arrived at the hotwl the night clerk was rude an made check in very difficult for my self and my husband as we tried to pay with a company bank card and instead of just letting us pay for our room we had to spend 20 mins explaining to him that it wasnt a credit card an filling out un necessary forms befor we even got to our room after traving for 6hrs stright Then the room we got to had a terrible toilet leak and no pul out couch but upon reporting the issues had to be moved to another room better fitted

All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming including the nice cleaning lady. You have an excellent team there, keep up the excellent work.
