First off they gave me a room that was already taken , the surprised look on the peoples faces when I walked in was comical. There was no remote for the TV but I had my laptop which is sufficient. I would say that this place hasn’t been upgraded in many, many years. However for the price I really can’t complain!

Hotel staff are approachable, hotel is clean, beds are comfortable. Breakfast is very limited. Only coffee for drink, no tea, juice or water for kids. But there's toast, peanut butter, jam, yogurt, apples and mandarin. Not too bad for the price. Will stay again in the future.

We arrived late due to the highway being closed because of an avalanche, at 4 AM. The door was locked, so we use the phone at the door but received a busy signal. We banged on the door and nobody was at the front desk. I used the local phone number and called the front desk. I couldhear it ring, but nobody appeared. After repeated tries we went back to knocking on the door. Eventually some grumpy little guy came out and started yelling at us. He would not let us in he asked for my name and went to his computer, then came back and said he cancelled my reservation. He would not listen to reason and was extremely rude. We were stranded at 4 o’clock in the morning and ended up having to go down the road to the Comfort Inn, which was much nicer and the people were so pleasant, in order to get a decent night sleep. Avoid this motel like the plague! We retreated so rudely and the service was so terrible and then when I got home and checked my credit card, there was no refund. Totally disreputable, dishonest people there with terrible, terrible service.

There was no service at the front desk upon check-in, hallways smelled bad, the beds were hard, tv didn't work, free breakfast was toast and apples that was it. But for the cost for one night I'd stay again if passing thru

Terrible place and staff, except cleaning workers. Breakfast what a joke just bread and no condiments. Front desk guy was never at the check in counter always in his room.

Toilet did not work (broken and did flush). Included breakfast was non existent. Old/stained furniture.

I showed up at 12:30 (no one behind desk used phone to call them no answer waited and waited for someone to show up)and tried to check in and was told “no check in was at 3” there was 3 vehicles in the parking lot and never asked what room I was in. (Minor) came back at around 4 saw someone who looked like they might work there watched him put his food in the free breakfast fridge and told me to use phone to call someone. Yet again no answer. Finally someone showed up. Asked for id took it printed form told me to sign in 3 spots gave me back id gave me key with a scribble for a wifi password (which I never was able to log in to). He never asked if I was bringing a pet to my pet friendly room or if I needed anything. Got the key and asked how to get to the room because no direction or conversation was had. Got to the room and seemed ok. Looked at the bed when I put my bag down on it and the comforter had stains on it and there was a black hair under the pillow. Went to grab the spare pillow and there was a black stain on it too . Thought to call but no one seems to answer the phones there. Only had 1 coffee pod for the morning but 3 tea pods. Had to blow me nose no Kleenex only toilet paper? Opened up a drawer and there was flyers dated 2024 and 2023 in the drawer. No one around to check me out. Yet again why try a phone that no one answers. I put my card behind the glass and decided to leave my review on line for everyone because no one there is around to listen. Could go on…

It said that there was breakfast included however non was available

Zero customer service. Had to wake the front desk clerk up to check in. Free breakfast included bread, grape jelly, coffee, peach or raspberry yogurt cups and a couple of old, bruised looking apples. Bed was very uncomfortable. No face cloth or hand towels just two bath towels. Shower was nice and hot so that was positive.

The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. No coffee maker in the room, but the coffee and breakfast items in the lobby were fine.

Hotel is clean and young lady at front desk at check in was lovely… tv had no remote in room , she was on it! Went out for eve only to return to an asinine fella at front desk…. Went to my room … key wouldn’t open door…. Anyway.. long story short … horrible customer service… sub par accommodations, will likely never stay at a Super 8 again! Salmon Arm location for the record!

There was no coffee or tea or anything in the room. There was no cups in the room to brush your teeth with or have a drink of water with. The breakfast was very slim so slim we opted to go to a restaurant and have breakfast. Very short staffed never anyone at the desk to give you a hand, but it was clean.

Very dirty, mold in fridge. Dirty bedding , after complaining the second room was a bit better than the first but still mold in the fridge, dirty bedding , dusty and feather pillows when I was told there were none. Slept with window wide open all night just to breathe. Worst I have ever seen. Going to try for refund.
