It was great

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The pool was clean

Bed bugs cigarette burns in the beds and sheets there was poop and pee all over the toilet no air conditioning

Very poor water pressure in the bathroom. Toilet was difficult to flush. Had to hold down the handle till all was flushed. The bed-covering had multiple small holes all over. Looked like cigarette burns.

So the entire first floor needs to only be used for people that are living in this hotel and if any staff needs to stay the night, the noise level on the first floor is outrageous, and the people that are living in the hotel are seem to be put up on higher floors, so they won’t become a problem but putting guest on the first floor is a No loud noise the floor, where you can hear TVs running at 4am people talking on the phones Literally waking you up after your sleep is terrible. Do not if you are gonna stay at this hotel, absolutely do not stay on the first floor. This floor is separated from all the other floors you have to go get in the elevator to get to the other floors and that should have them move me on the first day.

It was miss represented in the reviews, We were too scared to get out of our car . And kept looking for ICE agents to appear

The hotel was very nice, however the breakfast hours ended too early

Easy fast checkin, comfortable bed linens, nice bathroom accommodations. Reliable place to stay.

They didn't clean room 1st night

It smelled, cops outside and in the lobby, very sketchy booked 4 nights only stayed for 1 night expedia won't give me a refund. Do not prepay with expedia, will not use this site again.
