Overall, it's clean and nice, so I used it for my second trip. During my three-day stay, Wi-Fi was connected, but I couldn't use real search or YouTube, so it was very inconvenient. It's a refrigerator without a freezer, and breakfast is just a small bag of bread, and it's a shame that they cleaned it up a little after 9 o'clock. It'll be okay to just sleep for one night

Overall, it was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. Breakfast only has a bag of small chocolate bread, coffee and juice. It's not served like a regular breakfast. It's a weekday, but the price is higher than I thought.

I love this hotel. It was my second stay. I will be back. The only disappointment was they closed their breakfast room. I had to eat a yucky cold sandwich for breakfast. Had no ice delivery but sign said no ice for coolers. Other than those inconveniences, I had a comfortable stay.

Beautiful area, rooms face onto the river. Only issue I have, because I spend a lot of time here is that there is no laundry facilities. They need to add those. Other than that, anout the best value in the area. Be prepared to deal with the local raccoons, they are fatty little beggars, but cute.

I loved the way the rooms were set up, the staff was excellent and friendly. It's in a convient location, close to all the activities we wanted to do. The only thing I didn't like was the cleanliness of the rooms. I feel that that could be improved. The bathroom has mold on the ceiling tiles, the vent was clogged and dusty and the back patio could use some attention like being swept and the windows needed cleaning. Other than that I was happy with our stay since we did stay a week, we met some fabulous people there and I would recommend this location to anyone that will be staying in the area. Also, I think the breakfast could use some upgrades, I wasn't a fan of the grab and go that they had set up, since it was a lot of families that stayed I think cereal could be incorporated and some kind of hot food options.

Had bed bugs and said I was on my on to get another room some where else

It was the worst stay I ever had mold in there did not have the crib like they said trim falling off the walls stained bed covers

People were great, was just what I needed. Clean, comfortable and at a good price! Would stay there again.

It’s was very relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of all the traffic. It was quiet and relaxing to sit on the balcony and watch nature

Were do I start. We have stayed here before and vowed we would not beback. Yep we tried it again. First, booked room months ago. Asked for adjoining rooms. I know they can do this because li requested befor and got them. I asked for top floor. Bedspread had stains, air conditioner was unsafe because they had no vent cover. The opening was disgusting. There was only 1 chair on the balcony. Im really not happy

No breakfast though it’s listed as breakfast available in web. Rooms are not clean. But the locality is good.

This is an older hotel and could use some new carpet/ paint etc but the price is great. The sheets, blankets, pillows and towels were all clean. The mattresses were comfortable and covered. No signs of roaches or bedbugs. Pool was clean. Staff was friendly and there’s a red light which was nice with all the traffic. Note that breakfast is muffins/snack cakes, coffee and juice not an actual sit down kind of breakfast. No pets and no smoking, there was always someone smoking on their balcony and did see a husky in one of the rooms (could have been a service dog though) Overall it’s a perfectly acceptable place to stay with no complaints

The breakfast was little bite muffins and orange and apple juice which was very much like water. Rooms had a moldy smell.

Good value. Nice riverview and entertaining raccoons who visit and will gladly accept treats
