전체 평가 및 리뷰 Baymont by Wyndham Cedar Rapids

This hotel is incredibly dirty. The first room I was offered smelled of mildew. The 2nd smelled of pot. I stayed in the 3rd, but it, too, had a bad smell. The bathroom was very dirty. Urine stains around the toilet. Morning coffee was yuck. Staff is pleasant, but I think they realize that the hotel is gross.

Third time’s the charm — except all three times were charming! This place is so clean, I’d eat off the floor (but I won’t... probably). The room always smells like fresh linen and good life choices. It’s so quiet you can hear your own thoughts — unless your kids came with, then good luck. The staff is so friendly I half expected them to tuck me in and read a bedtime story. 10/10, would awkwardly wave goodbye at checkout again. See you next time!

Carpet felt moist in room, hallways were dirty.

The breakfast was awful. Breakfast needs more options, fresher options that feel safe to eat. And juice machine was not working correctly. Lobby computer out of order. Rooms a little outdated. Keycard entry points only worked 1/2 the time. With that being said, we still really enjoyed our stay. Thanks.

The room was nice and clean. The area was quiet. The staff was pleasant. The dining area was clean and inviting, which was important to my husband who has to have his morning coffee! I will return next time I visit my family!

We stay here every time we are in town for a horse show. Convenient location for us. Clean room, check-in staff was very friendly and helpful.

Staff was very rude. I wouldn't rent here again.

Ok hotel, in a bad area.

The vending machine was empty..yep just 1 vending maching for 3floors. The people above us from 9pm to 10:30pm when i finally went to front desk to ask if they could ask them to stop the loud jumping and running. We was in town to bury our Mom who had passed away so was very emotional and tired. Tv in rooms are very small and cable very limited as well. Nothing like the what is shown on website.

Bedbugs

The sheets and mattress were stained everywhere to the point we slept on top of the covers and laid towels down. and animal hair in bed. Hair in shower. Fire hazard behind tv. Dirty floors. Nothing is secure. You can go in and out of all of the doors with no key card at all hours. We had to have the front desk redo our room cards three times during our two day stay because they did not work.

The rooms were ok definetly not 5 star about 2.5.

Wasn’t at all bad, I think my only down fall would be the bed. Not at all comfortable. My back is paying for this one. lol.

The staff was great, the area was not the greatest. Hotel was clean but very dated.

Smelled like smoke

It was very much just an average stay. Nothing fancy, but nothing horrible. Average cleanliness i would expect at such a hotel.

We enjoyed being there. But found we didn’t want to spend more time than just sleeping. When we looked at our covers/sheet there we found 10 stains on just the sheets alone. If felt like our room Haden been cleaned in at least a week. Outside of the room, the staff was very nice and respectful. Breakfast was very very limited. As a celiac I only had yogurt and fruit. Coffee was not good and overall just felt like little to no options. Would not recommend.
