전체 평가 및 리뷰 Super 8 by Wyndham Lake Charles/Sulphur

I used to come about a year ago and now it’s totally different not kept up real good carpet meals, curtains, meal mattresses conference meal need new ones of everything carpet looks and smells dirty

My room was located next to AutoZone and loud cars would keep me awake.

Room was cleaned once in 14 days. Constant running out of towels and rags. Someone got smart with me when I asked about getting some towels, saying I told her the wrong room number after being there for 12 days. The ladies working the evening front desk tried to be helpful. Ive stayed here twice now but will not stay again.

Room was clean and nice but smelled funny, seemed to me.

They didn’t properly clean my room prior to check in

Didn't know there wasn't an elevator when I booked online. Also, their breakfast left much to be desired. Other than that it's an ok hotel.

Mostly everthing was ok except the sheets, bedspread and towels. The sheets had what look the be weave glue on them and the bedspreads had holes in them.

The only staff I saw was when I checked in

I spent the last 2 nights of my stay constantly calling the front desk asking them to get the guest in the room above me to be quiet. I have no idea what he was doing but sounded like he ran the floor back and forth. I know I can’t blame management but I feel they did not do enough to quiet him down. At least could have change one of our rooms. Plus the breakfast is a joke. I do better paying about 20 extra to get a real breakfast. I don’t think I’ll stay again.

It was affordable and perfect for a weekend getaway

Check in was easy and quick. Decent room for the price and close to multiple options for food and shopping. Would recommend when I go back to the area.

The sheet and bed cover were too thin. Would’ve been nice to have a blanket.

I wish they had a better breakfast

everything was great except for two issues. the room smelled like a mens locker room. the sheets had something on them and a hole in it. every thing else was great. front desk always on duty hot coffee in the morning updated rooms hot running water 24/7 (didnt know that was a thing you would come to appreciate staying in lake charles) good ac and best of all it was quiet. stores and food within walking distance as well made it super convenient
