Skip the breakfast buffet. No cutlery, cold food, 1 fruit juice was always out. No coffee unless you ask for it and it tasted like powdered. I don’t like giving bad reviews and am mindful that folks do try, but this excuse for breakfast was really very poor.

Lovely clean room, in the heart of Vile Parle, walkable to all the shops and market. Good breakfast

Few issues: 1. If we book via Expedia, we lose from privileges like a) No free Shuttle from airport b) No free Breakfast But it is not mentioned in Expedia app when we book. 2. The room had some snacks like Chips, Kit-Kat, Nuts. But we missed a hidden note on the side that said, it will all be charged.

The room was spacious and cleaned every day. Plus all the amenities were there what was required by me. Shopping ea is great everything is available on the tip of a finger. Very happy.

The rooms were small and very basic, the hotel lifts were tiny especially as a family travelling with 2 pushchairs. The bathroom was too small and there were lots of mosquitos everywhere

I only had a short time at the hotel but I really appreciated the location just prior to my flight to Australia the next morning. The staff were excellent and helpful. The room was very comfortable. There are local street markets that were interesting during a short walk. If I was staying longer I would have made use of the local train network with a nearby station.

Had a wonderful stay last time( the room was in the main building) This time the room was in the other building and the rooms were stinking of smoke and were generally not great. The service staff were wonderful and the breakfast buffet was super. Just that the room was not up to par

Room clean, mattress has seen better days, staff somewhat preoccupied with themselves mostly.Saving grace is the lively location but somehow Uber drivers have difficulty finding this hotel in their GPS.

A fantastic stay! The room and facility were impeccably clean. The location couldn't be better: right across from the station and in the heart of the main shopping and market area. Plus, it's a quick 20-minute ride to the airport. The staff deserves high praise—they were incredibly helpful and addressed our needs promptly. Highly recommended!

Breakfast buffet was terrible. The staff had to be told to clean the table and pick up the dirty dishes. They couldn’t even take an order correctly, always on the phone. Mostly same food everyday with very few variations.

I have literally just walked into my house after my journey from Mumbai.I love everything about the hotel especially the staff. They are adorable, kind, thoughtful and attentive,nothing is too much trouble. As a returning customer, I had a wonderful welcome back and so did the friend who went with me (her first time). We were treated like family, it was lovely, it was sad leaving there to come home.
