로마시내에서는 떨어졌지만 버스로 20분걸려 편리한 편이고, 스탭 또한 친절하고 야경이 좋음. 렌터카여행으로 ztl을 피해 호텔도착해서 무료주차장을 이용 로마시내는 버스로 여행함.

사진으로 마음에 들어 위치는 생각 안하고 결정하였습니다. 막상 도착해 보니 시내 이동이 어렵지는 않았지만, 이동시간이 소요되어 약간 불편했습니다. 호텔은 마음에 들었고 특히 조식이 너무 좋았습니다.

Et skønt hotel placeret i de smukkeste omgivelser med et venligt og professionelt personale. Den smukkeste udsigt over Firenze og tæt på Fiesole med gode spisesteder, bl.a. Vinandro. Meget rent og velholdt. Poolen kunne ønskes større.

Very clean room, staff is super nice and friendly, amazing rooftop restaurant and great chef, Florence shuttle is super convenient!

Really useful shuttle service to and from the centre of Florence which we used every day (just make sure you book). Free water replenished frequently in the room which was very welcome as it was over 35° when we were there! Small pool but never crowded when we were there. Easy to get the bus up to Fiesole or down to Florence if shuttle times don’t suit you (it’s right by the hotel entrance). Staff great but Nellie in particular was absolutely wonderful. It was nice to be close enough to Florence to go easily, but step away from the heat and bustle and just look out over it from the hotel.

Mixed feelings about my stay but tilting towards a poor experience overall. The good: The views, the outdoor seating area, the amazing Serrae restaurant, the shuttle to the historic center and how easy was to book it. The bad: our room 115, (the one with the terrace out of the same room) had an AC unit that was not cooling enough and in addition, the AC unit was not enough for that room. The first night it was cool enough at night that we opened the windows and we had a decent sleep although I had to close the windows during the night because the noise from the cars and motorcycles going up the street was too loud. The second night I had to go to the reception desk at 10pm to tell them that it was just too hot to sleep in that room. To my surprise, the staff acknowledged that the AC in that room was not enough and gave me another room with a properly working AC to sleep that night. While this was appreciated, I would have preferred a working AC during my stay. The other problem was that there are no outlets by the night stands, so I had to be creative to turn on a fan that I borrowed from the front desk. Finally room service food was not good for italian standards. I will not stay in this hotel again and I do not recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. Backdropped on the Fiesole hilltop we found the staff to be friendly and made us comfortable by relocating us to a new room after we identified a faulty air conditioner(these things do happen unfortunately). Our dining experience was excellent and we enjoyed the included breakfasts. Discovering Florence was easiest with the complementary return shuttle service. We recommend the FH55.

This place was amazing in everyway possible, Aurora at the front desk was fantastic. She made sure our every need was attended to. She explained everything. The entire team of staff were amazing! The shuttle service was easy to schedule and the drivers were prompt, friendly and safe. This place is outside of the city center but is exactly what you need after being in the city all day. The views, oh the views. This is one hotel we will definitely come back to! Worth every penny!!

This is a good but far from great hotel. Room is good and very clean. The pool is very small. Breakfast also far from good - even though it is a Michelin star restaurant. Also front desk staff not very helpful - with the exception of Francesca. In short, too expensive for what it offers.

This a hotel on the up. You can feel the efforts made by all to raise customer service and experience. The pool is a little smaller than the pictures suggest but all round an excellent hotel. Will stay again.

Loved loved loved our stay here!!! The best place to be to feel like you’re in the hills of Tuscany while still being super close to Florence! Property itself is wonderful - great amenities, great rooms, great food, and EXCELLENT staff! Special shoutout to Neri at the front desk!! Would absolutely stay here again!

The ideal location when you combine it with the free luxury shuttle service into town. It’s very professionally run although a little over priced. It’s smaller than it appears and the pool is very small. That said the room was a good size with a view of Florence . The little town up the hill using the local bus ( 2 or 3 minutes drive) was great for a drink or meal away from the crowds in Florence.

Love Cecilia she was very accommodating, beautiful location, favorite tub. I had this vacation.

We had the best stay at FH55 fiesole! We didn’t want to leave. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. We can’t wait to come back again.

Clean room always. . Excellent breakfast options. Very quiet. Excellent attendance. Super happy for the election
