전체 평가 및 리뷰 Crowne Plaza NEW ORLEANS FRENCH QTR - ASTOR by IHG, an IHG Hotel

프렌치 쿼터 / 버번스트리트 / 관광지 바로 앞이긴 한데, 아이와 같이 가기엔 주변 환경이 좀 무서운 곳입니다. 아이가 있다면 오히려 웨어하우스 디스트릭트 쪽에 숙박을 하고 트램을 타고 다니는 것이 안전하겠네요. 호텔 자체는 좋았습니다.

Loved the property, water pressure was very good, location was perfect close to everything for a 1st visitor. In the heart of party central Canal & Bourbon street. Street car, city transportation and stores.

Unfortunately, the check-in process we experienced was poor and left a bad first impression. The rooms were somewhat okay, but the beds were very noisy with every movement, which made it hard to sleep comfortably. The hotel itself felt a bit worn down and in need of updates. That said, the location was excellent—close to everything we needed. It's clear this was once a very nice hotel, but the wear and lack of upkeep are starting to show. With a few improvements, it could be a great stay again.

Hotel is in a very convenient location to many attractions. I was on the 5th floor and during several evenings there were load noises coming from the lower floors that didn't allow for a peaceful sleep. Room had stains on carpet and at room entry to bathroom, tile floor board was cracked and looked dirty. The room are truly in need of upgrades.

Overall A Good Stay

My room was very damp, room 4448. It had a wet damp feeling on the rug the sheets the air, along with a wet mildew smell. The bed made noises every time I moved. I got zero sleep. The toilet would sometimes flush and other times not, and would randomly make a loud recycling flushing noise multiple times throughout the night. I was very glad I only had one night here because there was no way I was going to stay an additional night. The only positive was the location.

I love that this hotel is at the corner of Canal and Bourbon. In a few steps you can catch the Canal or St. Charles streetcars. And if you are into the nightlife, you are right on Bourbon Street or take the streetcar down to the Casino!

The hotel staff didn’t greet me and rarely looked up as if they didn’t want to be bothered. The bathroom sink in my room was clogged. Advised staff on day one-it was disregarded. The rooms are dated but clean and the restaurant on site is nice. Overall, it was ok. Will not be back-

It’s was a great stay

Liked the location and cleanliness of the property. I had difficulty sleeping the first night on the very firm pillows, but the front desk helped us get very soft pillows which made the rest of our stay excellent.

Very pleasant reception staff who were easy to deal with. We had a disabled person in our party and an early check in was facilitated with no fuss. Jeremie was very helpful. Room was cleaned daily with towels replaced on request. Very comfortable stay

Hotel out of date unless you like the historic esthetic left a mildew scent

Location was great! The hotel was nice but our room did have a smell to it. Maybe a humid or moldy smell.

Great hotel, safe. Very walkable. Will definitely be staying here again

It was in walking distance of Bourbon Street.
