방이 좁긴 했지만 자는데 문제는 없었습니다. 세면대가 작은건 충격이였지만 샤워부스는 그렇게 작지않았습니다. 아침이 특히 너무 맛있었습니다 하루도 빠짐없이 아침 챙겨먹었습니다. 과일이 좀 더 잘 되어있었으면 더 좋았겠지만 그정도면 제 기준에서 충분!

The staff was so kind and friendly, the room and bathroom (Wren) were spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet and looked recently renovated. Plenty of power sockets, very comfortable bed, a coffee machine, safe, comfortable seating and very tastefully decorated, as was all the hotel. Also excellent breakfast, generous and freshly prepared to order. The staff kindly allowed me to drop off my suitcase before check in and it was taken up to my room ready for when I arrived. I had such a great stay and wish I could have stayed longer. Will definitely stay again.

This is our second time at the Windermere. We love the helpful staff, clean room, 10-15 walk from Victoria Station, and (included) breakfast. Plus they honored the Expedia perks. Highly recommended for a cozy stay in a safe area.

Breakfast was wonderful!!

On my arrival I found that the entrance door was locked and I needed to buzz the intercom to be allowed entry. I had to do this 3 times before anyone opened the door for me. I understand that staff may be busy and away from the buzzer, if this is the case then you need a sign on the door indicating there may be a wait. When I was allowed entry I didn’t feel the receptionist was very engaging and in a customer facing role this is essential. My room ‘Little Ben’ was perfect for what I needed. It was exceptionally clean and functional. It was a little noisy from the room above but accept this is part and parcel of staying in a hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

why stay anywhere else? our room was spacious clean and well appointed , the bed very comfy and the room quiet staff very friendly and helpful , home cooked breakfast to order many coffee shops and restaurants walking distance nearby - will derfinetely retrun ; thank you !

Lovely welcome at the hotel by the owner. We were able to drop our luggage at reception in the morning and go exploring. Room 11 was double aspect at the front of the hotel but still quiet. The room was clean and a reasonable size. The bathroom was compact but modern and had everything you need. The twin beds were very comfortable. The excellent complimentary breakfast was served in a lovely restaurant downstairs

We had a great stay at this hotel in London. The room was fresh, spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and made it feel like a small family-run hotel. Breakfast was well-cooked with a good enough selection, served in a cosy breakfast café. It’s also within walking distance of Victoria Station, and overall very good value for money.

Good location and very clean but a bit noisy during the night one as you could hear the receptionist on the phone at 2am

The hotel is charming, well placed and very clean. The inclusion of breakfast was a major factor in our booking, and we were so pleased with it! The food was absolutely delicious. Very importantly, the staff were so kind and helpful. Anything we needed, or any questions we had...they were right there for it. Highly recommended!

We have stayed here before, as an ideal spot to meet with friends for an overnight visit to London. The hotel room is always clean and the staff are very welcoming & polite. A delicious breakfast on our departure day is an added bonus.

Everything was great: the neighborhood is a gem, it is central and yet very quite. Our room had a very nice view on the street, we had water, tea, coffee and biscuits. As we stayed in January it was a bit cool inside but it was very cosy under the blanket. We could hear our upstairs neighbors in the evening but at night it was quite. Breakfast was very nice with a choice of few but well home prepared dishes. Shout out to the staff, who were attentive and friendly. Would want to come here again!

朝食はビュッフェでは無いが美味しい料理でした。スクランブルエッグとベーコンが特に美味しかったです。スタッフも感じが良く丁寧な対応でした。部屋は値段が安い部屋で、少し狭かったですが問題無かったです。部屋のお水とお茶類や菓子が毎日補充されていて良かったです。ヴィクトリア駅からちょうど良い距離です。

Room was very clean, breakfast was good, coffee was also really good. The lady who cooked breakfast was a very nice & friendly. She smiled the whole time while talking to us. The owner was there & she was really nice as well. Also staff & everyone was so nice & friendly. The location is great. It's about 10 mins walk to Apollo Theatre, Victoria station, pubs & restaurants. I'm very pleased to stay at this hotel & will be back again. Thank you
