호텔위치가 참 아름다운곳에 있어요. 주차하기도 편리하고 무엇보다 객실이 매우 깨끗했어요. 꼭 다시 와 보고싶은곳 입니다

꼭대기층이라 천장이 경사가 져 키 큰사람은 머리 부딪히기 쉬워요. 방은 좀 협소하고, 화장실도 세면대 크기나 욕조 폭이 좁아 불편했어요. 하지만 10층 발코니 뷰는 너무 아름답고, 대성당/캄포광장 등 관광하기 딱 좋은 위치랍니다. 직원들도 친절해요!

시에나가 오래된 동네이다보니 호텔도 오래된 느낌이 들어요. 하지만 내부 시설은 깔끔한 편이었고 무엇보다 직원들이 친절해서 만족스러웠어요. 위치는 다른 분들이 좋다하셨는데 시에나에서는 이 정도가 좋은 위치인가 하면서 꽤 걸었네요.. 그러나 도시 자체가 워낙 작아서 괜찮았어요.

The room was ample and clean. The staff was wonderful. The location excellent if one wants to explore Siena. The rating is not good because the above balances against the experience with the parking. Athena advertises that parking is included, a relatively rare commodity in Siena. The hotel is also located, conveniently, just outside the ZTL. Parking is insufficient, which means that the hotel has two employees whose main (or only) job is to deal with guest cars. At least one of these guys maneuvers the cars in a careless way (I saw him come very near to a collision with a car). And by the time our four-night stay ended, it was our car that was damaged. Am I 100% sure it was him, rather than another guest trying to get into the narrow space? No. Can I prove it was employee carelessness? Absolutely not. So I did not even raise the issue with the hotel. That said, I did see him in action (with other cars) so my guess seems to be the likely explanation. A bad end to what otherwise was a wonderful experience. If you are not driving into Siena, I recommend to you this hotel wholeheartedly.

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel mit super freundlichem Personal. Einzig, die Ausstattung und das Inventar ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Trotzdem empfehlenswert.

Walkable to town center. Comfy beds and spotless rooms. Front desk is delightful and helpful. Excellent breakfasts that you will miss later :)

Todo lo que cabe esperar, como mínimo, de un hotel estuvo muy bien. De destacar la disposición que tuvo el personal de recepción, todos, para ayudar y dar recomendaciones sobre la ciudad y alrededores, así como la atención amable y cuidadosa en el desayuno—particularmente Gianmaría, que nos atendió prácticamente todos los días y nos sentimos como en casa.

Hotel localizado estrategicamente na area limite da Ztl de Siena. Tem um terraço com uma vista espetacular de Siena. Apenas 10 min a pé do centro. Acho que foi um dos melhores hotéis que ficamos na região, com quarto muito acolhedor e inclusive com água gratis no frigobar. Café da manhã era um almoço praticamente. Pena que foi. uma noite apenas. Atendimento diferenciado de todos is funcionários

Hotel bem conservado, fora da ztl, com estacionamento gratuito, entao é tranquilo para quem esta de carro e deseja conhecer a Toscana. O café é bom. Bom custo benefício. Apenas o banheiro que é apertado e o chuveiro nao muito ergonômico.

Nice staff, plentiful breakfast, clean room. However we stayed in March and the room was unbearably hot. It was like sleeping in a furnace. We did not sleep the two nights we stayed. We were told by reception the heat was automatic and there was nothing they could do. Other guests were complaining of the same thing. For the price we paid to stay here this was pretty unacceptable. The bathroom also had a radiator blasting heat at all times that could not be controlled.

Quarto lindo e espaçoso. Banheiro grande e muito limpo também. Funcionários solícitos. Tem garagem para os carros; mas por ser uma cidade medieval, os espaços são restritos. Ruas estreitas. Precisar ser bom de volante para entrar e sair da garagem e das ruas. Carro grande, nem pensar.
