it is just a biz hotel not more than that. If you travle alone it is good enough for size and accomodation. Nothing to do a sight seeing around hotel. If you have a biz there and just for stay for sleep it is fair

The hotel was clean and in a convenient location, but overall felt very basic and minimal. While I wasn’t expecting luxury, I was surprised that even simple amenities like a coffee maker were missing from the room. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep and don’t mind a very standard, no-frills setup, it might work. But for the price, I expected a bit more comfort and attention to detail.

Loved the staff - very helpful especially Saad the bartender. Showed us how to navigate the bus and train schedules and gave us great suggestions on places to eat. Only drawback was no air conditioning. Coming from the US- it’s something we are not used to which made it difficult to sleep the first few nights. Saad was able to get us another fan which made things better

The hallway carpet is dirty and stained. There was a lingering odor in the whole hotel.

The hotel was very quiet, the rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly. There’s a large grocery store right next door. Public transportation runs right by the hotel, and downtown Waterloo is within walking distance

Very nice service. Beds were very comfortable.

The staff is friendly and well experienced.

Séjour très agréable, chambre parfaite, bonne literie, et plutôt calme. Je recommande vivement.

Pas de prises au niveau des têtes de lit , salle de bain un peu vieillotte et petite , manque d’insonorisation et de climatisation Sinon pt déjeuner correct

Nice hotel and nice selection at breakfast. Some of the linen had stains and there wasn’t even tea and coffee to have in the room. It was a bit sparse all in all.

The room stunk of cigarettes. When I checked in the window was wide open…it was just below freezing outside so the room was cold. I reported the smell and their fix was…to open the window again while I was out of the room

we checked in they gave us dirty room , after that’s reception guy stand us for 35 minutes to give other room very racist , we came through more than 300 miles , very uncomfortable un professional never came back again very very disappointed
