I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. The room was cleaned every day, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was simple but tasty, and the person in charge made sure everything was well-managed. However, there were a few issues. The towels were dirty, with strong disinfectant smell, and some stains didn’t seem to be fully removed. The heater control was dirty, and the hairdryer was old with the handle patched up with tissue, making it hard to use. There was also coffee available, but sometimes there were no coffee cups. On the last day, the drain was clogged with hair, and I had to fix it myself since the water wasn’t draining. While the service was generally good, these maintenance issues should be addressed for a more comfortable stay.

I wanted to visit the World War II Museum

The only downfall - limited ice machines. Everything else was great and staff was beyond helpful!

Love the hotel!

Room was a little bit smaller than the other location I stayed in my previous trip. However, this location was very convenient for the business that brought me to New Orleans. The staff were friendly, public areas and rooms were clean but what I enjoyed most was the delicious breakfast. I have been in different hotels brands in some few states but your food had so much flavor even if it’s similar breakfast style serve in other places.

Great hotel. The staff was nice, parking convenient but was $45 so just a heads up for valet. You WANT to valet. Breakfast was great and nice rooms! Definitely will stay here again!

Easygoing, I Uber’d or walker to everything so a car was not needed. If I did use my car it might’ve been a problem but overall nice stay.

Great location

The room needs some re-modelling. The shower splashes so much water onto the floor that it has warped the flooring of the main room; the frame of the lower bathroom door is loose, and there is some mildew staining in the shower. It is an excellent location for the museums and the arts; and a manageble walk to the French Quarter.

Good location. Staff are all super nice and helpful. Breakfast is a waste of time. Only Holiday inn I have ever stayed at with a breakfast this bad. eggs and potatoes thats it every morning. Valvet staff was absolutely great!

Two blocks to WW TWO MUSEUM. Next to St.Charles St Trolley line.

The hotel was in a great location. Apparently, the hotel is going thru some renovations but they didn’t let us know upon check in. There was no hot water in half of the hotel, we had to switch rooms twice until we got one with hot water.

Great place to stay, cheap rate, and delicious continental breakfast.

Hotel was very good! Visited the WWII museum and spent 3 nights here. Very clean rooms and hot breakfast was very good each morning with a good variety of food!
