3박했으며 퀸사이즈 베드2개 예약했는데 킹사이즈 베드 1개와 작은 엑스트라 베드 제공받았음. 룸은 큰사이즈로 업그레이드 해주어서 넓었으나 비품(샤워가운과 물)이 하나씩 제공되어 추가 주문했으나 결국 가운은 못받았음. 룸 청소 후 청소했던 흰색 출무늬 걸레가 친구 캐리어 옆어 놓여있어서 매우 불쾌했음. 17층이라 가장높은 층인데도 불구하고 날마다 저녁부터 다음날 새벽5시까지 밖의 시끄러운 음악소리 때문에 두사람 모두 밤새 한숨도 잘 수없어서 친구가 투어 중 아침에 크게 다쳐서 투어포기. 병원행. 잠을 잘 수 없어서 밤1시에 룸 바꿔달라고 얘기했으나 룸이 없다고 거절당함. 다음 날 체크아웃 할때 메니저가 사과했고 룸 비용을 의논해서 어느정도 돌려주겠다고 약속했으나 일주일 되었는데 전혀 연락없음. 프론트데스크 체크인 직원은 친절하게 응대하나 영어는 잘하지 못하는듯하고, 서비스는 개선되지 않아서 불편했음. 컨시어지 분들은 친절하게 안내 잘 해주어서 좋았음.

Great view in the rooms, the staff was very friendly and attentive. Very nice location In Mexico City.

It's so loud, impossible to sleep. I thought being on the 11th floor would spare me from the known noise complaints, but I was wrong. Partying from the club downstairs until 5am - needless to say, I return from my vacation restless. Rooms are also fairly worn. They had to fix the AC, Fridge, and toilet during my short 4 night stay. Shower pressure is fantastic though and staff are friendly. Speak easy attached to the hotel is a must! Will I return? Maybe. But I wouldn't recommend it.

El hotel esta en una ubicación excelente, a unas cuadras del a gel de la independencia. El hotel, el cuarto y baños muy muy limpios. El personal del hotel super amables y siempre atentos a ayudarte. Tuvimos unis inconvenientes con el aire acondicionado y el baño el primer dia, pero fue resuelto enseguida por el personal. El desayuno muy completo y fresco. Igual que el restaurante para la cena, todo muy rico y fresco. Lo recomiendo. Lo unico es que si te hospedas en habitación con balcón puede molestarte el ruido de los roof top que estan alrededor

This hotel was great! From the friendly staff to the cleanliness of the rooms and lobby, we truly felt at home! Don Jesus provided us with great information regarding tours we could reserve and helped us reserve transportation on several occasions when ubers weren't ideal. He connected us with Porfirio who manages the tours the hotel has to offer as well as manages guest transportation (both at a cost), if need be. Erick, another employee, was also wonderful! They all make an amazing team. We were truly impressed by all this hotel has to offer and hope to return soon! Also the location being so close to El Angel is a HUGE plus! Amenities: pool, starbucks in lobby, air conditioning, elevators (not all hotels in cdmx have ac and elevators), breakfast (at a cost), etc. The only complaint is that there are a lot of bars nearby that play loud music until very late. This made some nights hard to sleep. This is no fault to the hotel, just a side note - especially for those traveling with little ones.

Buena ubicación, habitación limpia

La habitación es súper linda y cómoda, lo único a tomar en cuenta es el baño de paredes de cristal. Olvídate de la privacidad o de ir al baño prendiendo la luz sin despertar a tu pareja jaja. El personal es súper amable y atento, excelente ahí. El único que tiene modos y contestaciones no tan buenas fue el botón (que es un Sr). La alberca está fría! No se dejen engañar por el sol, además está bastante sucia lamentablemente. Fuera de eso, excelente por todo. V2 hay muchos bares y restaurantes cerca.
