Good

3박했으며 퀸사이즈 베드2개 예약했는데 킹사이즈 베드 1개와 작은 엑스트라 베드 제공받았음. 룸은 큰사이즈로 업그레이드 해주어서 넓었으나 비품(샤워가운과 물)이 하나씩 제공되어 추가 주문했으나 결국 가운은 못받았음. 룸 청소 후 청소했던 흰색 출무늬 걸레가 친구 캐리어 옆어 놓여있어서 매우 불쾌했음. 17층이라 가장높은 층인데도 불구하고 날마다 저녁부터 다음날 새벽5시까지 밖의 시끄러운 음악소리 때문에 두사람 모두 밤새 한숨도 잘 수없어서 친구가 투어 중 아침에 크게 다쳐서 투어포기. 병원행. 잠을 잘 수 없어서 밤1시에 룸 바꿔달라고 얘기했으나 룸이 없다고 거절당함. 다음 날 체크아웃 할때 메니저가 사과했고 룸 비용을 의논해서 어느정도 돌려주겠다고 약속했으나 일주일 되었는데 전혀 연락없음. 프론트데스크 체크인 직원은 친절하게 응대하나 영어는 잘하지 못하는듯하고, 서비스는 개선되지 않아서 불편했음. 컨시어지 분들은 친절하게 안내 잘 해주어서 좋았음.

Default place to stay for quick trips to CDMX. Super central, amazing staff, great breakfast and comfy rooms.

We had to leave the property because first we were put in a tiny room, and then moved to ‘a better room with a terrace’ but the room was dilapidated- the shower gel had the cap broken off, the hair dryer had a sticky handle, the room was plastered but not painted, there was a hole in the terrace floor, and the room had an ironing board but no iron. The front desk manager was kind and after seeing the photos they dis refund our money. I loved staying at NH Guadalajara, but this was absolutely not up to the standard. Other than the bar, we went there first and it was perfect.

Close to the centre of the city with walking distance to all nearby attractions. The pool was heated, and wished they had a hot tub since the weather was chilly in July. Overall staff was pleasant and very helpful.

Amazing stay! The staff was incredible and the hotel as always is nice clean and in a great location. We came to check out a new cocktail bar called Kaito nearby and wanted to stay walking distance, the NH was perfection.

I stayed for 1 night in the hotel, and faced no issue. Everyone was friendly. The hotel is located at an excellet location. The room was clean and tidy.

hotel was way nicer than i thought it would be! rooms were clean and modern and the balcony was great. impeccable room cleaning every morning. i think the hot tub wasnt working for the week we were there but that would have been nice to have. gym area could use a refresh or some extra equipment but otherwise that was great to have. great location to roma norte and the other trendy neighborhoods.
