전체 평가 및 리뷰 Room Mate Collection Isabella, Florence

스위트룸에 묵었는데 화장실청소가 잘 안되어있었고 냄새가 많이나서 힘들었습니다.

방음이 진짜 안 좋은거, 와이파이가 좀 느린거 두 개 말곤 다 좋아요. 다음에 또 가려고 명함도 받아왔어요. 다들 친절하고 인테리어 마저 너무 예뻐요!

명품거리에 위치한 서비스가 좋은숙소.

Excellent location, the room we stayed was very beautiful, very helpful staffs, breakfast was good. Only thing was that I was bitten by bedbugs so many places of my body in this hotel room, wierd thing was that my friend didn't get bitten at all even though we slept in same bed. I had to scratched the bitten area rest of my trip. In Florence, some places has these insects..

명품샵 한가운데에 있는 호텔입니다. 양옆에 구찌 매장이 있습니다. 고급스럽고 예쁘고 우아합니다. 올라갈 때 엘리베이터가 일부 없지만 직원이 짐은 들어줍니다. 방 디자인이 세련되고 예쁘고 조식도 잘나옵니다. 또한 전용 어매니티도 예쁘게 준비되어있고 쿠키 서비스까지.. 방에서 와인 마실 일이 있었는데 친절하게 리셉션에서 글라스도 챙겨주셨습니다. 다시 피렌체에 간다면 또 묵고싶어요. what a lovely hotel!

위치가 쇼핑 관광에 모두 적합한 위치입니다. 프런트 직원들은 너무 친절했고, 룸의 크기나 청소상태도 좋았으며, 티메이커나 샤워용품등 편의시설도 잘 갖추어져있습니다. 다만 방음 한갸를 포기해야 하는데, 옆방의 코고는 소리도 잘 들립니다. 그러나 옆방은 복불복이기에 다음에도 이용학고 싶은 숙소 였습니다.

This hotel is just perfect.

혼자 3박을 했는데 조식도 이탈리아 치고 괜찮았습니다. 추위를 많이 타 난방온도 더 올려달라고 요청해서 따뜻했고요. 특히 숙박 중 생일이 있었는데 조식먹을 때 깜짝 케익을 들고 나타나 축하해주었습니다. 되게 고마웠어요. 위치도 여기저기 모두 다니기에 다 좋습니다. 명품거리에 위치해있어서 오히려 안전하게 느껴져요. 혼자 쓰는 방인데 생각보다 넓어서 놀랐고 전기포트도 있어요. 이만한 가격에 참 좋은 호텔 같습니다:-)

호텔위치는 상가사이에 있어 놀기는 좋으나. 처음에 찾아가기 조금 곤란했음. 그러나 역에서 5분정도밖에 걸리지 않음.불이 조금어두웠음.

Hotel is located in Boutique street so easy to find and make a plan to hang around in Florence. They assigned me a room with good command (palazzo side, I remember), I could hear beautiful classic music from outside at night (it depends on situation. There were someone playing music on the street). That moment, I could feel the real night of Florence. And of course, the street is well lighted till midnight, you don't have to be afraid of going out in the city.

도심 한가운데 위치하고 있어 위치는 좋았으나, 프런트까지 계단으로 올라가야하고, 길거리에 위치 해 밤에 바깥 소음이 있고, 아침 식사는 많이 빈궁 함.

피렌체에서 4박을 이곳에서 했습니다. 1인실이었는데, 비교적 넓은 편이었고, 방 인테리어도 좋았습니다. 티 포트와 다양한 커피와 티가 준비되어 있어서 방에서 즐길 수 있었습니다. 직원들은 영어도 잘하고 아주 친절합니다. 호텔 주변에 명품샵들과 아기자기한 가죽 제품을 파는 샵들이 많아서 구경하기 좋았고, 두오모 성당도 걸어서 5분 이내에 갈 수 있어서 주요 관광지 이동하는데 편리했습니다. 조식은 정말 간단하게 나오니 큰 기대는 하지마세요. 전반적으로 아주 훌륭한 호텔이었고, 피렌체에 다시 방문한다면, 이 호텔에 다시 묵고 싶습니다.

위치는 두오모와 카펠교 사이에 위치에 더할나위없이 좋습니다 스텝분들이 모두 친절했고 조식은 적당히 좋았으나 더운 음식을 요구하면 바로 만들어 주시는 스텝분이 너무 친절했어서 좋은 인상을 받았습니다. 방이나 호텔 인테리어가 유닉했고 하루 두번 룸클리닝 서비스를 해주어 방이 늘 깨끗하고 정돈된 상태로 지낼 수 있었습니다. 창문을 열면 내려다 보이는 길에 늘 거리 악사가 연주를 해서 크리스마스 기분도 맘껏 느끼다 왔습니다.

Came here to get away from a scary BnB situation, front desk had no idea and checked me in hours earlier than I expected. Everyone was so polite, helpful, and informative. Rooms are a bit compact but that’s literally the European experience, hotel provides everything you could need for your stay in the room. Really luxurious vibes, felt so safe coming and going any time of day and is on a well lit road. Would absolutely stay here again!

Hotel muy lindo y renovado todo perfecto a excepción de la regadera/bañera del baño. Era excesivamente pequeña, incluso haciéndola peligrosa. No recomendable para personas adultas.

Top floor room was great. Breakfast great.

Room Mate Isabella boasts an unbeatable location, placing you right in the heart of the action with easy access to major attractions, dining, and shopping. While the central setting does mean some street noise, the provided earplugs are a thoughtful touch. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, and their assistance with luggage on the many stairs was greatly appreciated. The convenient location and excellent service make the Room Mate Isabella a strong contender for a return visit.

Should you stay here? Bottom line: Yes! Pros: • Friendly staff – Helped me relocate here on one day’s notice when my original hotel wasn’t up to par, called me a cab upon departure, and even sent me off with a water bottle • Housekeeping is excellent – Rooms are consistently clean • LOCATION is unbeatable – Walkable to Ponte Vecchio, the Duomo, Santa Croce, and the train station. Plus, it’s right above Gucci and other designer shops • Luggage porter – No need to lift a finger with your bags • Luggage storage – Convenient for early arrivals or late departures Cons: • Heating issues – Difficult to regulate; the lowest setting is 21°C, but it kept resetting to 24°C on its own, making the room stuffy at times (had to open a window for fresh air) • Security with stairs – Stairs on the way up might defeat the purpose of a 24/7 front desk from a security perspective—having someone stationed outside could be helpful • Some wear and tear – A few scuffs on the walls and a chipped door, nothing major but definitely noticeable Would I stay here again? Absolutely
