Staff has no flexibility. Should you ring your own wine (or bottle) opener. (They do have the only one at the front dest). No market arround and breakfast is quite boring.

다른 사람의 양말이 서랍장속에 남아있을 정도로 청소관리 상태가 좋지 않았지만 직원들의 빠른 체크인 도움과 호텔의 위치는 좋았음

방도 깨끗하고 조식은 좋았습니다. 그러나 방음 상태는 별로이고 체크아웃시 다른 투숙객의 bill 을 청구하는 등 직원 서비스가 별로였습니다.

도어맨 아저씨들의 친절함으로 항상 나갔다 들어오면 기분이 좋아진다. 위치는 관광지에서 조금은 떨어져있지만 주변에 식당과 마트등이 4블럭내에 있어 불편하지 않다. 특히 호텔 조식도 깔끔하구 맛이 좋으며 저녁 식사도 가격대비 아주 휼륭하다.

다 좋았는데 화장실에 머리카락이 쫌 보였습니다. 그 것만 빼면 다 좋았습니다.

A beautiful, modern hotel with very friendly staff. The food at the hotel restaurant is excellent. The location feels safe and everything is close by :historic sites, shops, and restaurants.

Hotel excelente! Ficamos muito satisfeitos com o hotel e com a localização. Quarto grande e banheiro muito bom. Serviço de quarto todos os dias e um cafe da manha bem completo. Para aqueles saem para passeios muito cedo, o hotel disponibiliza um kit lanche. Tem estacionamento gratuito. O hotel fica muito próximo do shopping parque Arauco, de muitos restaurantes, praças e tem um otimo comercio local. Com certeza recomendo a hospedagem.

The helpful, friendly staff at the front desk were awesome. One even remembered my name and brought tea for my sick friend. We arrived shortly after 8 and we’re not given an early check in, despite that being one of the bonuses offered. We did end up getting in about an hour early. Friends were given discount vouchers for tourist attractions. We were not.

Amazing spot. Super safe upscale neighbourhood in beautiful Santiago. Great staff. Great food. Beautiful surroundings. Couldn't have been better. Thanks for a great stay!

Spacious and comfortable rooms. The staff is very friendly. There is no laundromat, only laundry service.
