좋았습니다. 약간 센터와 떨어져있지만 워낙 작은 도시라 상관없었어요~ 조식도 나쁘지 않았고 딱 베스트워스턴 스타일입니다. 편하게 지내다 갑니다.

Dejligt hotel med gode faciliteter. Udendørs pool med dejlig haveanlæg omkring. Indendørs pool og fitness center virkede meget nye. Masser af gode bløde håndklæder. Morgenmaden var perfekt med stort udvalg. Restauranten hvor vi bestilte middag var eneste minus. Kvaliteten var simpelthen for ringe. Da vi gjorde opmærksom på dette skulle vi heller ikke betale. Jeg kommer gerne igen, men finder nok et andet sted til min middag.

We had a really good stay at this hotel. What made this hotel a game changer was the outdoor swimming pool and inside pool! The rooms where clean and the breakfast was good. Would recommend :)

Good location Great staff Room a but small But my stay was ruined by a group of elderly Germans (big bus on the parking lot), very very noisy unfortunately turning this cost peacefull place into a noisy crowded place I went down for breakfast at 8:50 and turned back to my room because there was not a place to seat because of the German bus I understand groups are an interesting source of revenue but in smaller hotels like this one they are a major nuisance to other guests

Excellent stay at Best Western Plus Avignon – Highly recommended! We just stayed at the Best Western Plus Avignon and overall found it to be a very good hotel in a convenient location. The breakfast was excellent — fresh, varied, and one of the highlights of our stay. The indoor pool and sauna were amazing and perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The staff were wonderful — friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. The gym is quite small and could definitely use some improvement/expansion, but it still worked for basic workouts. We walked about 35 minutes to the shopping area and the historic castle walls. The route goes through a neighborhood that feels a bit sketchy in places, but we did the walk safely both ways with no issues. Once you reach the old town and walls, it’s beautiful and worth it. Would definitely stay here again for the great facilities, service, and value. Thank you to the team!

Grande et jolie chambre avec une bonne literie, du rangement et un frigo bien frais. La salle de bain n'est pas très grande mais fonctionnelle. Chauffage/clim efficace. Dommage que la fenêtre de la chambre soit placée sur le côté car la pièce en est assombrie. L'endroit est calme et bien situé. Le jardin, la piscine extérieure et ses transats sont agréable (dommage que la pelouse ne soit pas assez tondue car il a des mauvaises herbes piquantes). Le spa intérieur est top. Par contre le wifi est assez mauvais, obtenir une seule barre de réseau est compliqué et il arrive souvent de perdre complètement la connexion. Point négatif : si on reste plusieurs nuits le ménage n'est pas fait.

Små rum. Hög ljud i matsalen, skramligt. Det fanns ett fint SPA men det fanns ingen dörr att stänga om sig till duschen.

La chambre était propre et calme, tout fonctionnait sauf la connexion internet sur la télé mais bon grave. Sauna est piscine au top, et personnel efficace

Lovely hotel and the staff could not have been better. The restaurant menu was nice but the menu limited. Breakfast was not really worth the money and like most buffet food the hot didn’t stay hot very long, so perhaps worth missing.

Notre séjour a très mal commencé avec un accueil peu professionnel et une réponse inappropriée à notre demande. Quatre jours avant notre arrivée, nous avions déjà été informés que l’accès à la piscine ne serait pas possible, ce qui a été une première déception. À cela se sont ajoutés plusieurs problèmes durant le séjour : absence d’eau chaude dans la chambre, manque total d’organisation au petit-déjeuner (aucune table prévue pour quatre personnes, à nous de nous débrouiller, sans assistance du personnel), et un service globalement défaillant. Le soir au restaurant, notre table a été oubliée. Nous avons été installés sur une table sale qui n’a jamais été nettoyée, ce qui est inacceptable. Face à ces dysfonctionnements, l’hôtel nous a proposé un surclassement ainsi que les petits-déjeuners et consommations offerts. Nous avons apprécié ce geste commercial, mais il est malheureusement arrivé trop tard. L’accumulation des désagréments nous a poussés à écourter notre séjour. Le niveau de service observé n’est clairement pas à la hauteur d’un établissement Best Western Plus.

$12eu for Uber from TGV to this hotel after traveling all day to find out there is nothing to eat within walking distance in the afternoon... not the hotels fault. We should have stayed in Avignon... it's only $14eu from TGV to 20+ hotels and 30+ restaurants. That said... this hotel lived up to the Best Western standards we are use too by offering a good night's sleep in a beautiful rural setting.
