히터소리가 매우 크고 온도조절이 잘 되지 않았다. 히터를 틀면 덥고 줄이면 춥고... 방은 깨끗하였으나 이상한 냄새가 좀 났다.

The information and photos used on the Expedia website to promote Econlodge ‘’Inn and Suites’’ are very misleading. This is a very old, poorly maintained Motel. A few minor updates have been made but overall the property is in poor condition. For example in the bathroom the bath tub enamel was eroded and dirty looking, muddy water came pouring out of the tap when I attempted to take a shower and the door was damaged and needed to be lifted up to latch it shut. The bedding looked newer and clean but everything else in the room was dated and worn out. We did take a peak at the breakfast bar in the morning out of curiosity and everything in that area looked dirty and sticky. I can’t imagine they’d pass health codes. We did not use the pool or hot tub for obvious reasons. This ‘’hotel’’ was not worth the $150 per night we were charged. I truly feel scammed.

The pool badly needs an update, if you’re going for that (which was a big reason for our stay there) it’s quite lacking. There was a half deflated beach ball for the kids to play with, though. Ants in the pool bathroom/shower room, and to assess the hot tub, you have to go into a creepy looking basement-which we would not go.

No light switch cover in the bathroom. Only one chair ( broken) in the room. It was replaced when we informed the front desk. Staff was great.

This is located directly off of the highway. The lobby was very clean and the staff were accommodating. We checked in and out within 3 hours. While the room was very large, it had a very musty smell, the door had gaps in the weather stripping, which I'm assuming is what contributed to the ants we found in the room. Not just a couple. The staff was great at allowing us to check out and ensured we received a full refund.

Large sized room. Beds comfortable. Hot breakfast was very good.

I was pleasantly surprised. Great facility.

Only problem was the door flashing at the bottom of the door was missing and cold air was coming in. We have stayed there before and will stay there again. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

We stayed here recently for my daughters swim meet in Medicine Hat and I was pleasantly surprised at the accommodations here. The owner was incredibly helpful and friendly. The girls enjoyed the pool and the room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Will definitely stay here for future swim meets.

We were so impressed with our recent stay. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The room was very clean, the king bed was so comfortable and the shower was fantastic! I will definitely stay again when back in Medicine Hat.

Excellent service, good location

I gave this rating a 4 because the manager was very friendly and did care about his guests. Id probably do a 3.5 if I could because there was some maintenance needed around the property one being our room door was very hard to lock because the lock area was falling apart. In general our stay was very good value for money. The room was very spacious, bed was comfortable.

Room was great staff was good! Really sucked that the hot tub and pool were closed! Without notice! But staff was very accommodating! And Expedia helped. But the room was great! Especially for the price! Safe feeling area! Comfy beds!
