On the checking out, a lady at front desk offered a hotel call taxi to FCO airport for around 60euro, where I was going to call uber for 60~70euro, so I asked to call. Eventually, paid 100euro. plz do not call from hotel, use ur own app. the frontdesk staffs shown some racism to the foreigner. wasn't delightful.

렌트카를 가지고 여행하는 사람에게는 최고의 로마호텔이 아닐까 합니다. 로마에는 실내주차장이 있는 호텔을 찾기가 어려운데 조금외곽이긴 해도 가격대비 최고의 호텔입니다. 체크아웃 하는날도 하루종일 무료주차도 가능하게 해줍니다. 주차자들어가는 램프가 경사가 심해서 조심해야 돼요. 그래도 실내주차고 주차장 셔터도 있어서 안전합니다.

로마에서 ZTL에 인접한 몇안되는 가성비 좋은 호텔입니다. 호텔 룸도 크고 관리 상태도 좋고 주차도 무료... 주차공간은 협소해 좁은 공간에 겹쳐서 주차해야되고 출차할때도 조금 불편한감이 없지는 않으나 주차관리하시는 분이 계셔서 그런대로 주차대행이나 출차대행도 해줍니다.. 단, 주차관리하시는분은 항상 상주하는건 아닌것 같습니다. 데스크에 문의하시면 조치가능합니다.. 호텔에 차를 주차해놓고 버스를 이용할경우 테르미니역이나 스페인광장까지 4-5정거장이면 이동가능합니다

공원뷰라 안정감 있고 조용해서 좋았습니다만 중심지까지는 거리가 있어서 택시를 이용하거나 렌탈한 차를 이용했습니다.

저렴한 비용에 비해 친절한 서비스와 깨끗한 시설이 좋았습니다.

주차가 만만치는 않지만 호텔 문앞에 발레 파킹인원이 있어 편합니다. 63ᆞ83번 버스타고 메트로역으로 가서 여기저기 다니기 좋고, 방도 투룸으로 되어 있어 넓고 편합니다. 다음에 오면 다시 묵고싶은 호텔 입니다.

약간 낡았지만 잘 관리된 느낌. 수건이 흔한 타올이 아니고 얇은 손수건? 재질인것이 특이함. 4월말에 방문했는데 얇은 이불이었기 때문에 좀 추웠다. 아마 이 친절함이라면 이불 달라하면 더 주셨겠만 귀찮아서 그냥 잤음 ㅎ 차를 호텔 앞에 주차하고 체크인 하면 벨보이가 와서 짐을 날리다주고 차도 가져감. 차는 어디 주차되는지 알수는 없다. 체크아웃 하면 차례를 기다렸다가 차를 빼주면 출발할수 있으므로 일정이 빠듯하게 출발하면 낭패. 벨보이 분들이 아주 친절하셔서 호텔에 대한 인상이 아주 좋게 남아있습니다.

The hotel is okay. I would say it’s a 3 star hotel. Just average for European standards. If you are accustomed to staying in luxury or even standard hotels in the U.S., this place will seem very outdated. The design of the room looks very old. They do not use key cards like the rest of the world. They give you an actual physical room key on a huge, clunky metal key chain. It’s not the most convenient to have to carry with you everywhere. The air conditioner in the room was great though. The hotel is in a decent location, but if you’re planning to go to the Coliseum or the Vatican you will still probably need to take a taxi about 15 minutes otherwise you’ll need to walk an hour. The hotel staff was courteous and polite. The breakfast was not bad. Not the greatest but not the worst I’ve experienced. Lastly, just be aware there is a city tax. They will charge you 7 dollars per person per day, so don’t be alarmed when you check out and there’s an additional payment.

En la recepción son muy amables y la habitación estaba limpia algo que uno busca siempre y muy cómoda lo mejor es que está a una esquina de la parada del bus que te lleva a muchos lugares de interés turístico de verdad muchas gracias por sus atenciones y apoyo son muy amables .

I wouldn’t choose to stay here again - the room was expensive for what it was (original family Room felt like a cheap hosted room) plus the staff aren’t very friendly (although there was one nice woman who helped us change rooms for our last 2 nights). The only saving grace was the basement gym which had new equipment.

Although the hotel is officially rated 4 stars, our room did not meet our expectations. The advertised queen bed was actually two single beds pushed together with a gap in between, which made sleeping very uncomfortable. The room felt dated and overall the experience was closer to a 3-star hotel. We also did not find the staff friendly and helpful. I wonder how the rating is so high on the Expedia. I will never go back to this hotel and I expect Expedia to compensate all the discomfort me and my wife went through due to the misleading information on the Expedia website. Worst experience ever so far.
