호텔은 매우 깨끗한 4성급이었으나 객실의 불이 어둡고 4성급호텔에 대하여 기대한 수준에 비하여 호텔의 조식이 그다지 좋지 않았다. 특히 3성급인 Room Mate Laura나 4성급인 Eurostars Patios de Cordoba에 비하여 조식의 질이 낮았다.

장소도 좋았고, 청결도도 매우 좋았습니다. 적극 추천합니다.

구도심 바로 곁에 있어 도심 접근이 2-3분밖에 걸리지 않으며 조용한 지역에 위치해 편했음. 시설이나 조식 등 모든 면에서 가격 대비 좋은 서비스를 받았음.

Las Claras is an excellent hotel and near all that Salamanca has to offer. It is in a quiet neighborhood. Checkin was flawless. The hotel's decoration in general looks a bit dated but it was very clean. The room was spacious, clean, and well-furnished. All necessary amenities were there and in excellent shape. Bathroom was very good. A/C worked perfectly.

Great location I’d going to the university to certain campus

Very well maintained property. We needed a hotel that had parking available. Main square is only 10 minutes away. Room was spacious and bed super comfortable. Breakfast had good selection. Overall great stay.

Perfect for 2 days in the beautiful city of Salamanca

Rooms are spacious and clean. Only critical is that carpet seems outdated. Staff very helpful and gave good suggestions for restaurants and shopping. Property is conveniently located. Highly recommend this property.

Front desk staff was friendly but there wasn't much they could do! The wifi was TERRIBLE in my room, every single morning I would wake up with a big "thump" on the wall because of noisy cleaning staff (from top floor to next door), some of the light plugs didn't work so the room stayed dark (and this is a junior suite!) and simply no amenities. If you need wifi, don't stay here.
