The property was clean and neat, customer set was excellent. My only dislike was it was a bit noisy from the outside traffic noise but I guess that's what you get when you stay in town.

Love this hotel, decor, location is excellent, people are friendly helpful, kind, beds cozy, air/heat units relatively quiet, try this hotel, it's a winner!

The Queensbury is an excellent hotel. The location is great, parking is abundant and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The bathroom appeared to be recently renovated, but it did take a full 5 minutes for the hot water to reach the shower. While each room has an individual AC / Heat unit, this system does run frequently and can be a bit loud in the room.

I love the atmosphere of this place!

The bathroom was tiny and the bed was ‘just’ ok. The description said the beds were very comfy but that was not the case. The atmosphere was nice with live music and placed right in town.

Check-in was 4pm. Was unable to check in until 5pm. We had dinner reservations already made for 5pm. Hotel allowed late check-out of other guests that affected our check-in time. Hotel claimed it was due to the hockey team playing that night.

A very comfortable and relaxing place with an excellent staff.

We have stayed here twice a year for 6 years, spent hours in the pub ate dinners and breakfast here and never have I been so disappointed. I show up for my reservations to find the pool and jacuzzi closed that day. I received 2 emails previous to the stay, one from the Queensbury hotel itself stating that the amenities are the pool and jacuzzi, hotels.com that they were both open. I asked the woman at the desk regarding this issue about accommodating the inconvenience she never offered an apology she simply stated “it should’ve been on the Expedia website and we sent you an email.” When I opened my email to show her the amenities list she scrolled to the bottom of the email and said there it is. It’s at the very bottom underneath everything but the email at the top still says amenities open. She then says that on Expedia website (I used a different website to book) that you have to scroll to the bottom click “others” and it will show up there on another page. She then proceeds to tell us that we’re welcome to leave after tonite without a charge for tomorrow. Worst customer service ever. No apology and basically told us we didn’t look hard enough and we’re welcome to leave.

Always an amazing stay at this historic hotel in the quaint town of Glen Falls. Everything in walking distance.

Beautiful hotel … old world charm . Very convient to shopping, dining & arena. Very friendly staff .
