전체 평가 및 리뷰 The Artist Grand Hotel of Art

후기를 원래 잘 적지 않는 성격인데 여기는 진짜 모든 것이 마음에 들었던 곳입니다. 위치적으로나 레스토랑의 음식들이나 룸 청결상태 그리거 서비스까지 무엇 하나 빠지는 게 없어요. 하지만, 구겐하임 뷰라고해서 다 좋은 것은 아니고, 고층으로 꼭 요청하셔야 그나마 나은 뷰를 감상하실 수 있습니다. 리뷰가 이 곳을 선택하는 분들에게 조금이나마 도움이 되길 바랍니다.

Great hotel in Bilbao that is walkable to the museum

Absolutely love this property, this was my third stay there. The location is excellent and the staff was incredible. The only place I want to stay in Bilbao.

A disappointing experience - written by my husband who was the one who stays at this hotel Spent a night in the Artist Gran hotel of Arts on my way back from the Camino de Santiago. I do not know if it was because of my backpack and casual pilgrim dressing but from the start, the service was a bit arrogant. I booked a room with queen size bed (indicating preference on high floor), but was given a DOUBLE bed for 3rd floor. As for the view, Smart Inner View means facing the window of your neighbor (welcome back to the dormitory in the Albergue!). An experience certainly not to be repeated. Get yourself an hotel with better service. You deserve better!

An EXCELLENT stay. The service was impeccable - Luis at the door was attentive and greeted us with true kindness. Sandra, the concierge, helped us with a medical issue with speed. Jon at the rooftop terrace was so friendly with beach advice and plenty of coffee. We stayed in one of the smart interior rooms and the bed was comfortable and temperature, cool, after many very hot days in Galicia. Thank you so much. Top notch time.

グッゲンハイム美術館を満喫するなら最高のホテル。レセプション、コンシェルジュ、ベル、ハウスキーパー、すべてのスタッフが完ぺきで、とても快適でした。屋上テラスレストランも価値あります。ビルバオの旧市街バルもよかったので、サン・セバスチャンのホテルに比べコスパが圧倒的に良いです。

Nous avons été accueillis avant l horaire annoncé. La chambre donnant sur le musée était très agréable . Le personnel était charmant en particulier la concierge prête à aider et donner des conseils. Nous déplorons juste le fait qu il n y avait rien pour les vegans que nous sommes même au petit déjeuner .

The good stuff first. Excellent interaction with all staff at all levels. Outstanding breakfast with good selection both from the menu and buffet. If you want anything toasted just ask they are happy to oblige. The mimosas were a nice touch. Second the dissatisfied stuff. From our city view room every night we were disturbed by the club across the road turning out at 4am. There was no lighting when accessing the wardrobes next to the room entry door. The internet TV was constantly cutting out requiring a re boot every 45 minutes. We found this very annoying. All you want in the morning is to have a cup of coffee Twice on a three day stay we had to call Reception because house keeping had forgotten to replenish our supply. Only to be told by Reception “we must have drunk it and any more would be charged for” NO …. HOUSE KEEPING DIDN’T DO THEIR JOB. We were given free parking as compensation which was appreciated.

Modern hotel conveniently located across from Guggenheim. Great restaurant and most spectacular breakfast on rooftop with fantastic views onto the museum.

Beautiful property. Great location

Excellent location across from the Guggenheim museum. Nice walk to old town for pintxos, close to shopping and restaurants. Also enjoyed the bar at the hotel. Front desk staff was really helpful. Room was clean & comfortable, plenty of room to spread out and relax. Would stay here again!
