6인가족여행 중 이였습니다. 6인 기준으로 예약 했는데 퀸베드 2개랑 싱글소파베드 1개였습니다. 결국 최대 5인이 잘 수 있는 방이였습니다. 방을 한번 바꿨는 되도 똑 같았습니다. 에어컨의 상태는 소음이 심하고 냉방능력이 많이 떨어졌습니다. 소파베드도 너무 열악하여 잠을 자기에는 힘든 상태였습니다. 그래서 하루지만 우리가족모두 잠을 제대로 못잤습니다. 아침에 먹는 식사도 최악이었습니다. 그날을 생각하면 하루지만 가족에게 너무 미안한 마음이 듬니다. 어쨌든 추천하기 힘든 호텔입니다.

Great experience.

It was good but short. Had a hard time sleeping due to I sleep in a recliner at home cause I have sleep apnea. A little upset cause for the last four or so years the pool and hot tub have been down. I feel you would have a better turn out if they were working cause I was talking to another gentleman who stayed there at the same time we did.

Upon checking in the lobby it seemed ok , once I was handed my key card. I took the elevator upstairs to my room. Elevator is old and dirty. The hallway smelled like mildew and something very bad when I opened the room door it smelled the same way. I was very surprised at what I was looking at the bathroom was to say OK still dirty the sofa bed that they have in the room look like it was broken down and it looked like it had blood stains on the armrest the curtains were stained yellow, like if they hadn’t been washed since they first opened that hotel. The window was very stained and very dirty. The covers on the beds, were stained yellow. Also the breakfast was just waffles, cereal and some old looking bread to make toast, bagel or biscuit. The orange juice smelled like it had rubbing alcohol in it first sip I took it didn’t even taste like orange juice I threw it out and I then tried the apple juice nope didn’t even taste like apple juice so i just left and checked out I was suppose to check out until Sunday but I checked out Saturday early morning. I couldn’t stay here!

Staff and management is very nice, but property needs a lot of updating. WiFi is terrible with minimal connectivity Breakfast has the usual “ rubber” eggs but as I said the staff is very accommodating. FYI, no indoor pool, but we didn’t need it 😳

Hotel was clean, room was spacious, staff was friendly. Good amenities, including refrigerator and microwave, ice machine, and snack vending. Carpets were stained.

The staff was very nice. The room and the building on the other hand were not.

No sign on front of hotel. Very dark and drab inside. Strong disinfectant smell. Assume they are renovating. My room was clean, however, couch(photo) was disgusting. Bathroom was clean and renovated, except fan was very loud and I could not keep light on at night because of the noise. No one available at check out to talk to about my complaints. Breakfast was minimal, grabbed a banana on my way out.

This was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. Let me begin with the good: the bed was comfortable, the AC wasn't too loud, and the shower had decent water pressure. I would warn anyone considering staying here to go somewhwere else. I checked into my room and had a few items in a cooler so I opened the refrigerator only to find it running but warm. I tried to turn on the TV and it would not start, so I picked up the phone in my room to call the front desk only for the phone to be dead. I went downstairs where the only employee behind the desk was checking in two other victims so I waited and shared my complaints. While they helped me get the TV up and running, they never replaced the phone (it had a short in the cord) or the refrigerator. The ice maker in the hallway was out of order. The indoor swimming pool was empty and the WiFi may have been dial-up! The platform for one of the beds in my room was held together with duct tape. I had a "suite" that was supposed to have a love seat, all i had was a bench. The cover on the office chair was flaking off. It looked as if nothing had been updated since the day this place first opened. Since my room was charged to my card by Expedia when I booked, I had no recourse as to getting at least some of my money back. Take it from me: AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

Not much

The property presents its self as suitable when you enter however the rooms are dated. The couches were falling apart, and when I asked if there was a different room, I was told I’m sorry with no real explanation to yes or no the telephone did not work I could not call down to the front desk. I could hear them, but they could not hear me many stains on the wall and carpet. I’d really like my money back and then had to put a $50 deposit for incidentals. pool has been shut down since Covid.

Such a wonderful stay! Lady that puts out the breakfast was absolutely lovely. Give her a raise! Breakfast buffet was ok (not the lady’s fault) but always clean. This is a great hotel for Elon families.

Not the best place

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel the staff was very nice and it had very comfortable beds and rooms I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is stopping by in this small town of Burlington it is located in a semi remote location but it's close enough to stores markets gas stations etc
