Great place to stop for the night. Tucked away, and quiet. Not a lot around so walk ability isn’t ideal. However would stay here again. Great staff!

I made my reservation through Hotels.com specifically stating that this was a birthday celebration and I paid extra for a private balcony water view room. I called the hotel directly before we arrived to confirm that we received the room that I paid extra for. I also let them know on the phone that it was a special birthday celebration that we would be coming in from out of town. When we arrived, they informed me that they were not doing anything special for our birthday celebration, and that the room I paid extra for was given away. And that I would still be charged extra for the less extravagant room that no longer had a private balcony and shared a balcony with everyone on the first floor. I never stay at a Sheraton and will not be staying at the Sheraton again. The service was horrible and unacceptable.

The nice thing about this property is that there is a marina with boats behind the building and a trail to the river. A beautiful sunset from there. Nice rooms, too, and we enjoyed it. This was our second time, staying there.

Comfortable property - maybe a bit expensive for what we get; however, overall a good experience

We stayed on the first floor with a marina view. To me, that’s the best, but be aware there is foot traffic on what would be a balcony. Either way, it’s very convenient if you have a pet to walk. A trailhead is there too, so enjoy a stroll on a nice path through the wetlands. On a negative note, rapid transit across the river and the occasional diesel freight trains.

The pool is small for a hotel this size and was jam packed with families. Mid summer to be expected, but it’s small. Room was nice, slept so well on their beds.

This place is a SCAM YOU DONT GET THE ROOM YOU PAY FOR!!!!!!!!!!! Was supposed to get a suit and ened up getting a king room and it wasn’t anywhere close to what I was supposed to have don’t trust Expedia or this hotel SHADY BUSINESS!!!!!!

Guest Services at the front check in were very accommodating

The hotel is a bit old. Beds are super uncomfortable and you can tell they are old. Additionally, my room had a very loud refrigerator that made it hard to sleep at night.
