Had such a peaceful nights sleep

This is my third stay and I am always happy with the facilities, staff and cleanliness of my room.

Grear hotel close to station and central Leedds City Room ckeaned well 12.00 departure very reasonable Stay there again

So helpful to have 24 hour safe parking. Comfortable clean room and pleased three of us could stay in one room as family, which saved us money

Staff was great and the breakfast was fantastic.

Really good quality hotel. Decor was modern and well maintained. The receptionist was lovely and efficient. The bed was very comfortable and Nespresso coffee was an excellent touch in the room. The location is great for access to the city and the railway station.

Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment, but fantastic stay, clean hotel, great location. Would stay again!

Novotel Leeds is a wonderful place to stay, rooms are in excellent condition and breakfast is one of the best I’ve had in many years travelling in Europe. 5 stars!

The hotel was a great location, rooms clean and comfortable and a good breakfast. The car park is too small for the volume using it and very tight for larger vehicles but staff were exceptionally helpfully in finding us a parking space when we arrived and the car park was full . WARNING! we booked through Expedia who charged us 5% more than the room rate on the hotels invoice at check out. BOOK DIRECT OR AG LEAST NOT THROUGH EXPEDIA

Nice clear hotel. Lovely staff. Could be better for people who just want to stay in…Doesn’t have the greatest tv Chanel’s or the option to connect a phone to it (iPhone) also not enough plugs

Our room was dated and not clean; stains on the carpet that have been there a while. Imogen was excellent on the front desk and tried to accommodate us but there was only so much she could do about underlying issues. I would not stay here again.

Room was very clean however, I didn't like wc and bathroom seperation. Staff was friendly, well-trained and professional. Walkable distance from the train station. I wouls stay again.

Every was perfect

Overall it was clean and in a very central location, I also cannot fault the staff. In terms of the room & breakfast it was a little underwhelming. For the price paid over the weekend for a leisure break it would have been nice to have had a bath tub and a softer bed. Breakfast very popular which meant often waiting for food options to be replenished. Everything else as expected, many thanks.

Car park is very tight, but got parked and felt safe leaving it there
