I don't think they do housekeeping properly. Other people's hair was attached to the pillow, and the trash was not removed on the floor. There was a lot of dust on the floor, and facilities that were not used well. Furthermore, all the front desk staff I saw didn't wear masks. As if covid doesn't exist to them.

Upon check in the hotel had a real musky smell, dirty towels left in room, foul smell from air conditioner, outdated curtains that were hard to close, stains all over walls, fleas & spiders in room. My husband got bit my something and mold on ceilings

In all stay was good . Tub drain made for a sloppy shower. Outside of that stay was good.

Beds were comfortable, bathroom and shower not the greatest. Did not get the room that was advertised.

Overall good stay. Hotel seems a little outdated but pretty clean

Pool says heated but was cold windows were dirty between pool and exercise room with several cracked glass panels

The room stunk of mold and mildew. The bathroom was covered in mold. The air conditioner had mold all over it that blew on us all night. No blankets or pillow cases for my son who slept on paper thin fold out love seat. Beds wete smaller than advertised. Carpet in hall and dlevater filthy and moldy. Everything was filthy and moldy. Staff was nice but DO NOT GO HERE

I’m writing to report a serious issue during our recent stay at your hotel. We arrived late after a 14-hour drive and found the room in poor condition—sticky floors and a strong, overwhelming chemical odor. It seemed a concentrated cleaner was used without proper dilution, making the air difficult to breathe. My wife nor I could sleep. We had to leave the hotel at 3 AM due to health concerns and drive 12 more hours with no rest This experience was extremely disappointing and unsafe.

The property is conveniently located to several different tourist attractions. It was clean from the moment you pulled on the property. The room was so comfortable in spacious. The breakfast was very nice. And the staff was very friendly.

Room was dirty along with the hallways and the shower was dirty

The room was way to bright at night and the front room smelled terrible and no way to cool it

Our room was 2 queens with a sofa bed ... basically 2 rooms ... got there door was cracked so all the air was gone and it was hot, really hot, ended up going to Walmart to buy a fan...the exhaust fan between the rooms was broken... no pillows for sofa bed... asked for pillows they said take them off the regular bed.

Hallway on 2nd floor smelled like a bathroom.

I enjoyed my stay there. It was a nice affordable room. Breakfast was also very good.

The stay was nice. Bed was comfortable. The only negative was the bathroom was gross...there was hair stuck to the wall.

It could use a little help in the cleaning department however, staff were very friendly.

Great continental hot breakfast for our hungry group of ten. Pool was clean and fun for all the teenagers, front desk lady friendly and helpful.

Dirty, did not feel safe. Another guest advised me not to park in a certain area due to shady activity. I asked the front desk person about this and she was rude and defensive. It was late, we were tired so we took a chance everything worked out fine, but the room was very dirty. Hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned not terribly comfortable and just unkept. You have a lot of choices in this area and not much of a price difference. Stay somewhere else.

The property was pretty rundown. The common areas were very dirty and in need of general maintenance for wear and tear. The room looked like it had been recently-ish renovated, but there was a pretty noticeable layer of grime around the room. For the money we paid, we expected a bit more.
