Signage should be improved. Clear office sign viewable upon arrival. Move room number signs on buildings should be positioned in proper spot. On individual 3 unit buildings will put the smaller rooms are put on the side with not complete paved sidewalks. Should be moved to the side where actual pavement should be moved to that side. The smaller rooms have only entrance on the rear of the building so number signs should be moved to the correct side on the building with sidewalks

Its a hit every single time we go. I am very particular, i go into a rental/resort and clean top to bottom before i even sit my bag down. This place makes sure every room is spotless. I travel tons, this place is one of two places i ever come in and relax immediately. Staff is great too!!

Very clean condo with a nice pool and bbq area.

We slept on the king-size bed. It was very comfortable. The sheets were nice. The room was a bit small, but the rest of the hotel was great kitchen and living room.

Really enjoyed our stay. Great location. Mark and Sara were most welcoming and kind. Welcome text prior to arrival was a great touch. We were able to request a unit with a view of Lake Havasu. They made us feel at home. Our unit was very clean and offered nice amenities. Garage parking was a real bonus. We would stay here again and would recommend this property. Thank you Mark and Sara.

Perfect, clean and comfortable!

Spacious and clean 1 bd. With patio overlooking the lake. Access to outside seating. Was looking for some sort of vending machine area since I did not have a vehicle to grab waters/drinks and food.

Half kitchen was more like 1/4 kitchen. No counter are. Unusable. Mini fridge was si,e of a toaster. Small bathroom/toilet area.

Amazing stay

Staff were very nice and professional. Property was very nice, clean and updated. We enjoyed the pool area as well and even did some bbqing on there nice clean bbq’s. We will definitely stay there again for our next visit out.

The place is so clean and nice and the staff is really friendly!

It was decent, adequate for our needs.

Check in was great and stay was also great pools and saunas were all wonderful just what we wanyed
